McDonald’s

They keep giving me someone else’s order. Luckily, I’m an honest person! The staff is actually friendly which is kind of surprising.

So I learned they have discontinued the crispy chicken club, which in my opinion is the best sandwich offered. But they were happy to oblige to my request. For a little bit more $$ they created my craving. Very friendly staff and the food is tasty for the okay quality. Fries always on point and tastes fantastic with my cold coca cola
Ps: bring back the crispy chicken club. I’ll be a much happier person

This location offers the new Create Your Taste burger which is a nice twist on fast food.
From the standalone touch screen, I was able to order traditional meals or customize my own burger. I opted to customize meal. I ordered the Hot All Over with red onions on a lettuce wrap. My daughter ordered the Bacon ClubHouse no tomatoes. I was given the option to pay at the kiosk or at the counter. Kadeem helped us navigate the different screens, which was extremely helpful.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The burger took about 10 minutes to come out, but it was well worth the wait. Kadeem brought the order to our table. I was hot, fresh, and delicious. I don’t eat a lot of fast food, although you can’t tell that from my latest reviews :) but I would definitely eat here if I were craving some.

The location has since went through numerous building changes. This is now one of the more up to date McDonald’s in the whole city, the staff are okay at best. The new store is now kept very clean but I think most people at the drive thru have a hearing problem because my English is practically almost second to none but no one ever gets my order correct or can place it correctly without me telling them face to face. Could be the drive thrus, as it never happens during walk ins. Food is so and so and is typical of McDonald’s legendary mediocre quality with sometimes (very rarely) it coming out as advertised.

I used to like their breakfast biscuits but the last several times I stopped by there they were terrible. They taste like they cooked them the night before and then warm them up again. Very hard and chewy. And their ice tea tastes funky. And they always get the order wrong. I usually order a sausage and egg biscuit. The last few times I stopped by there either they added cheese on it or just cheese and no egg and sausage… What?

We usually stop in at this McDonald’s location for breakfast on the way to work. The breakfast sandwiches are almost always hot and delicious and the restaurant itself has got to be the cleanest McDonald’s anywhere despite the fact that they always seem busy.
One piece of advice — skip the drive thru! The service there is glacially slow and sometimes the lines of cars are backed out to Chamblee Tucker Road. The service inside (even when the drive thru is insane) is usually super fast.

The roof fell off of this place a couple of weeks ago. This did not inspire me to up my rating.

I’ve come here on two occasions — both depressing days. The Hello Kitty themed Happy Meal DID make me happy so that’s a +1. That Spicy Chicken sandwich meal was horrendous — DO NOT BUY. Customer service reps were nice on both occasions…

For only $ 1 and 170 calories, the McDonalds Vanilla Ice Cream cone is one of my not-​so-​guilty secret pleasures. For 410 calories, the Southern Style Chicken Biscuit is one of my incredibly guilty and now not-​so secret pleasures, and it was that and a cup of coffee ($ 1 for any size) that drew me in. The drive-​thru line wrapped around the building a time and a half, so I parked and walked inside, where a scene of mild chaos greeted me. This McDonalds is one of the «old» varieties, with lots of brown tile and accents of mustard yellow. The folks behind the counter seemed overwhelmed, and the usually surprisingly good McDonalds coffee was, this time, surprisingly bad. All in all, not the best in the chain.

Slowest drive through and bad customer service. I wasn’t even done with my order and he just cut me off. Then I said no wait! He was like «WHAT MAAM»??? In a really angry tone.

Bathrooms dirty. Only 5 customers in store. Only 2 out of 8 working behind counter. Drink station a mess. Dining room messy. It’s 320 in the afternoon on Sunday, don’t you have church folks about to come in?
