Initially went to this location a couple of weeks ago to purchase a breakfast sandwich and was told that I would either have to leave to get cash because the cashier didn’t know how to turn on or use the credit card machine. Hence the 1st complaint really? Then received a call and spoke with who I believe to be the Regional Manager after submitting yet another complaint and received a coupon stating«Free Ticket Good For A Regular 6″ Sandwich». Went in to order the sandwich this morning and asked to add bacon to the sandwich and was told that I would need to pay for the bacon, really? …Again the lady that works the A.M. shift is wholly incompetent and when I made the statement what is the purpose of having free ticket/coupon and have to be made to pay for bacon? Her reply was so I’m not going to give you free bacon, again really? Is it that difficult to please a customer or that critical to charge for bacon? I also advised her that she could keep the sandwich and that I would submit yet another complaint. I will never visit this location again and advise others not to patronize this location as well.

How can I even review Subway now that they’re serving breakfast? I love their subs, but breakfast is TERRIBLE! $ 3.00 will get you a breakfast sandwich and a drink, but I would rather starve than eat the weird powdered eggs and the nasty bread. The sandwich was so bad that I could only take one bite. Now I know why there is never anyone at Subway in the morning.

I’m on fire to review Subway locations! Here again not much to say, why I give it a solid 3 star review is because of its convenient location from my work place, and for its daily value meal specials which cost a little bit more than 4 $ for a 6″ choice-of-the-day sub, a soda and chips. Very good deal for a lunch IMHO. In addition, the staff at this location is always super friendly and treat you literally as family with a little chit-chat if it’s not too crowded, which I do appreciate. Makes you feel you’re not just a customer in the food service chain. Makes it for a nice moment spent at Subway even though it’s only Subway, right? Place is always clean, parking lots is sufficiently big as it is located where the«Velvet Lounge» club resides. The place can be crowded sometimes, but it never really bothered me, when you’re in a business area, close to a University on top of that(Mercer University down the road), you have to expect some waiting line once in a while: o)
