Went to buy a pair of sunglasses, and was treated as though I had«THIEF» tattooed on my forehead. Clerk running the place when I went there(4÷20÷13 ~4 pm) seemed more interested in her phone, and catching thieves, than being helpful. Should have been a red flag. I bought a pair of sunglasses anyway. Two days later, they broke. Called mfgr., they said to take it to the store for a warranty replacement. Went to the store the next day(4÷25÷13), and was told they don’t deal with warranty stuff, and to send it back to mfgr. These folks don’t want to help you. They don’t seem to care about having customers. They seem like they would rather be anyplace else but the store. I recommend going anyplace else for your sunglasses needs. Update: Don’t worry about it Sunglass Express(the new name, I guess.) Tom’s has your back. By the way, the phone number on your receipt is wrong.

The Sunglass hut is full to the brim with expensive sunglasses(200+) found behind glass. The employees sort of know that I’m the type of customer that probably won’t buy anything of this caliber, so they nonchalantly sort of went in the back to chit-chat, while keeping on eye on me. Yeah well… this place is way too expensive… but if you have $ 500 to throw around on sunglasses, well you probably won’t respect my Plebeian reviews anyway.
