A-OK, that’s a solid 3 Stars. Here is a place you can get some local Denver beer, and while they may not have the most unique selection, or even anything totally hard to find, it’s still a cool idea. They do offer DIY flights, and prix-fix flights also. Around $ 9 for four 4oz. pours, is not terrible. Now, wether the beers are good or not is a matter of too much personal taste, though I personally think the Lips of Faith series is their last really well crafted beer series. The food. On someone else’s recommendation below, I got the Chicken French Dip and fries. I’ve never had a chicken french dip, and it sounds like a good idea. And in truth, it probably is a good idea. Just not here. The chicken was dry, and didn’t really have any flavor. It was sloppily put together and kept falling apart upon pick-up. I don’t have htat issue with a roast beef french dip… just saying. The odd thing to me was that instead of a beef au jus, I got some sort of clear-ish broth looking au jus with loads of oil floating in it. It REALLY had no flavor and I wish I would have gotten the normal beef au jus with the chicken as I think that would have helped a lot. I will say the bread was really quite good though. The fries were good, not great, but good. I left paying about $ 20 for my chicken dip, fries and flight. Meh, yea that’s about average. I don’t feel a need to visit again.

Ordered an appetizer… Chili con carne and it was Chili with chips and was not delivered as and appetizer… Came with our meal. Ordered a French dip. Tasted very Gamey. Had to ask for ranch 4 times to get it. Dicey at best. Skip this place…

My flight was delayed as usual at DIA in the winter. Usually I am on the A or B concourse, but this time I was flying to Springfield, Missouri. Frontier and Southwest don’t fly there, so I was on United leaving out of the C concourse. As I felt like I was walking to Kansas, I glanced over to the right and saw my saving grace. New Belgium has a location in DIA? I was trying to hold my excitement for having a delayed flight, because now I had a chance to try the collaboration beer that New Belgium did with Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. The salted caramel brownie brown ale was about to touch my taste buds for the first time! This was one time that I was actually happy that my flight was delayed. The service was fast, which is great for airport service. Now I am hoping to have more flights out of the C concourse. I just wish they had a location in the A or B concourse.

I just walked a cross this whole terminal to be treated like crap and not even stay for a beer. I waited patiently by the sign that says wait to be seated. After several people walked by me and no hostess came up I too walked to the bar. I asked politely if I could seat myself at a table since there did not appear to be a hostess. The guy rudely told me to go back out and wait as he rolled his eyes. So not worth their $ 7 beer!

Skip this place for breakfast; you’re sure to be disappointed by either the poor service or lackluster kitchen. Not bad for having a beer at the bar though. It started poorly when the waiter spilled water all over the table and didn’t notice his mess(we had to ask for a towel to clean up the water so he grabbed a wet one which obviously didn’t work well. He went to get a dry one and did a fine job of spreading the water, not actually soaking it up). I ordered the waffle which came w 2 eggs and choice of meat so I opted for the ham w fat tire mustard glaze. It came out w undercooked bacon instead with individual country crock butter packets on top of the waffles. I asked the waiter if that was the ham. He went back to the kitchen and brought out a small plate of fatty ham shavings. It was completely unappetizing and disgraceful for any restaurant to serve. And it’s gross to think about where those butter boxes may have been before being unceremoniously thrown on top of my cooked food(in a box touched by how many people? Dropped on the floor and put back in the box?) My 1554 black lager was good and the eggs were cooked perfectly, but that wasn’t enough to overcome the general apathy of the staff. My partner had the Mexican skillet. Not much chorizo and the dish was like warm at best. She also ordered the wheat beer. It sat at the bar for over 5 mins before she gave up on it being brought to the table and went to the bar to get it herself. Then she didn’t drink much of it… and no one on the staff noticed. That’s just sad and not what we are used to here in Colorado. While I finished my beer, We watched a server clock in, stay busy on her phone, and leave her cash drawer unattended in the beverage station right across from us. Seriously, what kind of place is this?! Bottom line: good for beer, terrible for breakfast and service.

It’s airport food… Expectations were set low. For the price, I’d have hoped for all white meat chicken. The sandwich was fair. The beers were good. New Belgium 1554 and Abbey. The service was good. I am tempted to knock off a star for the location being off. The location on file with Unilocal is 1.5mi out the window beyond the airport, as far as I can tell. I ended up checking into New Belgium Spoke(yes, I really was at Hub, and Spoke was still far away, but close enough for me to check in)… not acceptable.

Great place to grab a bite between the flights or relax and sip draft beer while watching the planes rolling in and out. My colleagues and I had an early flight out of California with overwhelming number of people trying to get past security. We barely made it to the plane, and couple if hours later were super hungry! With little less than an hour connection we had to make a choice quickly. Good thing New Belgium Hub was there to get us good good in a very limited timeframe. I had a burger with fries, my boss had vegetarian rice of some sort. Both meals were executed well: the meat patty was juicy, fries were crispy. I’d wish for a bit more seasoning, though. Vegetables looked fresh and yummy, the ginger sauce was on the sweet side, according to the boss. Service was simply great! Seeing us in a bit of rush, he waitress asked about our timeframe and has notified us about the prep time of the food right away. When we got the food and asked for a check it was ready to go! Saving us tine and serving great food, New Belgium Hub saved our day and empty stomachs. Additionally, I’d like to mention great décor of the place. Lots of bicycle parts are formed in a peculiar formations to serve as lamp hangers or menu holder station. How creative! Warm wood bar counter and wall décor gives the nice contrast to a contemporary bicycle metal parts. Really lovely this place, I highly recommend it!

First of all, I can’t drink alcohol because of medical reasons, so this review is only for the food. I had a 3 hour layover in Denver and was pretty disappointed. I got the chicken French dip — served with pulled chicken mixed vegetables and cheese on a French roll. The vegetables were comprised of limp zucchini, another summer squash, mushy carrots, and mushrooms… Let me remind you — this was a sandwich. Fries were good. Staff was cordial. Do yourself a favor and walk towards the south to some other options if you want a good hot meal.

Very good for airport food and beer! I had the chicken French dip and it was probably the best airport sandwich I have ever eaten. Also tried a spinach and kale salad with salmon on the side. Salmon was very good, too. And the beers. We don’t get much beyond the Fat Tire(sometimes Ranger) on the East Coast. That is a darn shame. Certainly helped me tide over a 1.5 hour delay on top of a layover of the same length! Service was very good also. Don’t waste your time on the airport food court. Stop by here if you have time!

Great service. I was in a hurry because my flight began boarding and the cashier noticed so went out of her way to recommend getting it to go. She asked the chef to speed order it and offered dishes that would arrive fastest. She gave me updates on the progress of the order too. This is the best one can hope for when travelling.

Great spot to grab some quick food and great beer! They have many of the New Belgium favorites plus some more interesting ones I haven’t seen too many places. The menu has some creative options. I’d give it a slight cut above typical airport restaurant food. I can recommend the spinach and kale salad with trout. Yeah, I know trout, a little weird right? But never seen it as an option so figured I had to try it on the salad. Worked out well! For the less adventurous, they have chicken and salmon to top the greens as well. The Buffalo burger also caught my eye but not that hungry. Pro tip, if you’re ok sitting at a high top, ask to be seated at the bar top around the corner to the right as you enter. Beautiful views of the Rockies for a moment of Zen as you guzzle beer and dine away before your flight!

Stopped in for a quick pint between flights and I was not disappointed. I found a seat right away, my server was fast & friendly, the beer selection was great and my pint cold.

The perfect place to stop when you have a layover or even arriving, the selection on tap is very representative of the brewery and and staff is friendly and approachable

SLOWESTSERVICEEVER. I’ve been sitting at a table with my mom for 10 minutes and nobody has come to take our drink order or even acknowledged our presence. We don’t have a lot of time to kill between flights so now we’ve ordered to-go but now we’ve been waiting for another 20 minutes. How long does it take to make two salads? Don’t come here if you don’t have a 3 – 4 hour layover.

Well, I wasn’t expecting to have such a pleasant layover but then I discovered New Belgium. At first, we walked in, and no one came to our table. After a few awkward minutes my fiancé went to the bar and asked how service worked. The bartender, Matt, helped us out. While it was late and they were starting to shut the place down, Matt was gracious and helpful and quick! He got us beers, answered our questions, provided us some bar games, and even treated us to free samples and additional snacks! Our original waitress was less than enthused to have a table come in late. I don’t regret moving over to the bar. Thanks Matt for helping make our layover a breeze! p. s. The beer and food were awesome!

Beer selection auhmazing! Of course! And service excellent. Bartender went out of their way to dig for Colorado edition ball-cap I was dying to have! I was too late for grub but all I cared about was the atmosphere and beer one tap!!! So excited! Great way to get through a very long airport delay!

I was boycotting this place for a year and because Starbucks and Heidi’s deli are closed for renovations I thought I’d give it a try. This will lead to a permanent boycott. I work at the airport so I frequent most of the dining establishments on a regular basis and have been for over 10 years. What I don’t like… They are very stingy with portion sizes. They used to have a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. It was barely enough to cover half. I asked for more and they brought it and then charged me for a side of green chili without telling me. Not cool. That led to the year boycott. I wanted a breakfast with green chili but there was nothing with green chili on the menu, anywhere. I decided to try the Mexican skillet even though it didn’t come with green chili. I asked about green chili because I didn’t see it on the menu, and the waitress said they charge a dollar per scoop and they are stingy with it. But I could get it if I wanted to. I said no thanks. It says on the menu I can get my eggs cooked anyway I like them. After the green chili discussion, I got sidetracked and the waitress never asked me how I wanted my eggs and I didn’t think about it in time. She brought me scrambled eggs. I don’t like scrambled eggs. The chorizo was good, but there wasn’t very much of it. The potatoes were the most generic thing I’ve ever seen. The tiny little flavorless cubes that are fried not cooked in a skillet or on a griddle and have absolutely no seasoning or flavor to them.. Most breakfast places give you two small slices of toast this place only gives you one. Not a huge deal but just another example of how stingy they are. I can’t drink when I’m at the airport working but if you wanted a beer I imagine this would be a good place to go. The staff was not overly friendly or attentive either. I had to ask for everything. The Mexican skillet not only came without green chili, but it came without salsa also. What is A Mexican skillet if it doesn’t come with green chili and or salsa?! There are much better places in the airport to go for food, and you can be sure I’ll never come back to new Belgium.

Came here for lunch on a layover in Denver — what should have been a 2-hr layover morphed into 2.5, 3, a cancelled flight, and then 7 hours later into a redeye flight. I ordered the Belgium Beer Brat with Sweet Potato fries. It took forever(maybe 30 min) to come out. The brat was cooked well and had lots of peppers, onion and kraut. The Chipotle Mustard went well with the brat as well. The texture of the brat was slightly elastic on the outside, but juicy tender meat inside. Fries were a bit on the dry side. Pricing was okay and service was friendly — just wasn’t too impressed by the long wait.

Had to settle for this since the actual brewery closes at 7pm every day of the week and we didn’t get the chance to tour when we stayed in Ft. Collins. It’s a taproom at the airport, so expect to pay a bit more than you would elsewhere for your pint but they had a few decent limited releases on tap so it balances out. Didn’t have the time for food so can’t say much but the bartender was ambivalent at best… totally disinterested in conversation, said maybe 3 words outside of the greeting he gave. Would have much rather spent time at the brewery but if you’ve got the thirst and a layover this will hold you until you get where you’re going.

Located in Concourse B, Gate 80, all the way at the north end by the regional jet gates. Most people associate New Belgium with Fat Tire so it’s worth a visit if you want to try the rest of their beers on tap at a convenient location. $ 1.75 per sampler, they don’t offer a sampler tray here but I ordered all six beers on tap anyways. I was actually surprised that the seasonal beer, New Belgium’s take on the Helles lager was pretty good, most American craft breweries don’t usually brew this style. Bottled beers are also available for New Belgium beers not on tap. Definitely not the best place to go for a bite in DIA, but that’s a given already for most brewery owned restaurants. My low carb bowl with salmon was pretty much a teriyaki bowl with too much sauce. If you must eat, you are probably better off sticking to the usual pub fare. Service was also slow if you’re not sitting at the bar. Overall, decent spot to grab a few beers during a layover without getting price gouged. Make sure you have spare time, it’s not a particularly fast restaurant. WiFi is spotty if you’re looking to do some work.
