Great place for a breakfast sandwich when you refuse to eat at McDonald’s. There are plenty of healthier options. I’ll get anything with an avocado. Obviously.

We got some food for dinner to take on the plane from this mod market. It was great, and considering airport prices it was the best thing there. We had a sandwich each, he had Basil Chicken & I had Chipotle Steak. My sandwich was a bit hard to eat, the steak was cut a bit too think and kept falling out of the sandwich. We also shared a Thai Coconut Salad which the friendly staff member helped us decide on after telling us that it is their top selling salad. It was going to be that or Wintergreen. Delicious dressing on the Thai Coconut.

The food here is great. Unfortunately the customer service is somewhat lacking. After ordering a chicken sandwich, I was told it would take 5 mins to prepare. After waiting for 15 mins I approached the counter to inform the staff that I would like to cancel as it was taking way too long. An employee snapped back at me(very rudely) that it hadn’t been 15 mins, after showing him my ticket he verified that something had gone wrong. The manager came out and tried to help, they made me a(delicious) sandwich and they didn’t charge me for it. Apparently the system had a glitch and didn’t register my order. Please train staff to not be rude when customers are trying to ask a question.

Ok food. Over cooked steak & forgotten salad ingredients. Check your order before you leave the counter. Attitude & rudeness is no extra charge. :(

having a gluten allergy, i always dread traveling as i have to bring all of my snacks and meals with me which is a pain. on the way back from disney world, i discovered modmarket and all of their gluten free options. i was so excited and couldn’t decide what to get! i ended up going with the bacon corn pizza and i got a buzzer that would tell me when it was done. my order was done about 10 minutes later and it was so good! finally, i didn’t have to suffer eating my crappy snacks and could have piping hot pizza while stuck at an airport! they have sandwiches, pizza, soups, and salads available. their bacon is listed as nitrate free which i appreciated. they have quite a selection of fresh food and i can’t wait to go back next time i have a layover in denver!

As far as airports go, DIA has some of the best food options anywhere and the addition of Mod Market to the list really adds to that honor. Great for breakfast but also offering delicious and fresh salads and lighter meals a bite at the airport has now become something to look forward to rather than dread. Having eaten here often, the staff is always friendly and the food is quickly prepared and is of incredibly high quality. A personal favorite is the power greens salad with added grilled chicken. Tasty and a really generous portion.

I’ve finally settled at my destination and wanted to write a review. On the 19th of January, I stopped to try out Modmarket and wanted something healthy. I ordered the steele cut oats with apples. First I must say they were really good and I’m dieting and was so happy that I found something I would eat at home. However… towards my last bite, I found a mouse dropping in my oats. The line was busy and I had 15 min to get to my next gate so I couldn’t show them. But needless to say I won’t be going back.

Like the healthy, and wide variety of options. Feel it fits most appetites whether in the mood for meat or vegan. Also glad to see wait time from order to receiving your food has improved. On my first visit closer to when they opened waits ranged 20 – 25 minutes. As you know in an airport and trying to run to a flight the wait time caused a few to leave their order. Good news is my wait time was about 5 minutes this go around, and they seem to be a bit better streamlined behind the counter. Thanks for the improvement. Be back soon.

Airports generally don’t have the healthiest options for food, but these guys have a nice selection of salads. We had the Flatiron and Thai Coconut salads. The Flatiron was okay, but the meat was a little too well done /dry. The Thai Coconut was much tastier, particularly with shredded sweet potato. I would definitely stop here again, ideally without having to book a United flight. :-)

Airport food — I know it well. I took 109 flights last year, and I think I spend more time in airports than I do in my office, so I’m constantly searching for good airport food. I’ve found good for in Denver, and it’s at Modern Market. No processed sugar, low chemical use, organics where available — I like what they are doing. Great scrambles for brekkie, salads & sandwiches for lunch, and pizzas and composed plates for dinner. They also provide nutritional information on everything they serve, which helps me to make an informed decision about my health. I know they have these all over Colorado and Texas, and I’m super glad that I found it in the airport. Friendly staff to boot!

Yummy! Came to the airport for an early flight and nothing but McDonalds was open other than Modmarket. I so appreciate delicious, fresh food in the morning so I chose Mod over McDonalds and I’m happy I did. The Chili and Eggs were so delicious! The eggs were cooked perfectly, nice and hot. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned as well. Overall a great filling breakfast for under $ 10 at the airport. I’ll defiantly be back!

Thai chicken salad is bomb! I’m not sure how healthy it actually is, especially with that addictive peanut sauce dressing, but it was amazing how all the flavors came together for that Thai feel. Especially so with the coconut shavings and sweet potato pieces. I got the half portion but there were more than enough greens and nicely grilled chicken to serve as the base. This is a much better alternative than the other fast food options available.

This is a great, healthy alternative to the standard crappy airport food fare. The staff are friendly! They have a good variety of choices like pizza, salads and sandwiches. Also, most of the ingredients they use are listed as healthy or sourced from healthy origins. They also have quite a few gluten free options. Prices are average and on par with other airport choices, around $ 10…which is great considering how healthy the ingredients are! We got their pizza and it was good!

Excellent healthy food in a sea of fast food. Great option is a half salad and a soup. Super fresh and delicious. I had the Thai Coconut Salad and Green Chile – both really tasty.

The Rocket — free range egg sandwich with arugula, basil and pesto sauce on ciabatta roll. Delicious! In corner next to McDonald so if crowded need to weave through people to get there. Also found prices to be very reasonable compared to other airport food.

One of the better, healthier and quicker options at Denver Airport. What I Ordered: Arugula sandwich. Mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, etc. Comes with a pickle.(Always a plus). A crisp ginger ale with natural sugar. Flavors were good. Ingredients were fresh. Service: Super friendly. Quick. Knew I was in a hurry and bagged my food up for me.

I was so happy to see ModMarket in the airport! There were too many times I had to choose between Panda Express and McDonald’s when I just wanted a fresh meal! They don’t have thier full menu here which is why I’m only giving it four stars. I love their pizza but they don’t offer it yet. I’ve found the food to be the same as the other ModMarkets. My best meal advice is to get the farmer salad with steak and a fresh OJ. There’s nothing better pre or post flight!

The Flatiron Steak salad is excellent! The roasted tomatoes and caramelized onions are fresh & abundant. The steak is tender, juicy, and satisfying — but doesn’t stuff you to the point of food coma. The potatoes round out the dish with some complementary carbs. At $ 12.96 including tax, it’s one of the freshest, most balanced, and reasonably priced airport meals I’ve ever had. Modmarket’s salads are all labeled as gluten-free, and many of their items are easily made dairy-free by skipping the cheese.

Finding a healthy meal in the airport is usually a joke. But today while in a hurry to head to catch my flight I was in heaven, I saw Mod Market and knew I either have heart burn orv any other crap food. We ordered the chicken hot press sandwich and they made it in less than 10 minutes, very satisfying and nice and hot. I love mid market because it’s Shay’s fresh, always clean food and always healthy fast food. Than you Mod Market for joining the DIA food court and fit leading by example.

I am so excited to see Mod Market at DIA. Delicious, fresh, and fast healthy food when at the airport… It’s a dream! I am a HUGE fan of the restaurants in Denver, and the quality I experienced at this location is equivalent to all of them. Unlike most airport food joints, I had nothing but top notch and friendly customer service. I ordered the Thai chicken coconut salad that comes with this delicious Thai peanut dressing. Ordering the«full» portion will run you $ 10, but is very large, and will get you stuffed full. I almost had trouble finishing the whole thing! They have a wide variety of salads and sandwiches that they make fresh each day. The only differences between this and the other locations are that they don’t have their amazing pizza and $ 8 bottles of wine(or any alcohol for that matter). STOKED.
