I called Horizon Glass to get a beveled glass top for an antique desk. I spoke with Duke who was most helpful and the price quoted was great. Horizon doesn’t do beveling so they ordered it from a supplier. The top came in as promised but the beveling was not done properly. Duke couldn’t have been more understanding and reordered the glass. Alas, that was incorrect also. Duke called to inform me and said he would do as I wished but that we could try a third time which we did. It came perfectly! Bill scheduled the delivery and it arrived just right. It is beautiful, and even though the supplier had some issues, I would recommend Horizon Glass. Their customer service and follow-​through is terrific. Thanks Duke!

These people know glass! I came in, without an appointment, to ask about their product availability and turn around times for a specialized type of glass I need for a project. After speaking with them about what I wanted to do, they informed me that the type of glass I had planned on using would actually cause problems with my ultimate goal. They recommended another option that would accomplish my goal without causing problems. Without their product knowledge, I would have made a very expensive mistake. I absolutely plan on using them in the future.
