Total Floors

Total Floors has everything you need for your remodel. They have such a vast selection of materials! Their staff is so knowledge it made the process very easy for us. I worked with Tonya and after a quick needs analysis she was able to narrow down our hardwood selection. My consultation lasted thirty minutes and because Tonya is so knowledgeable we were able to exceed our expectations in quality and design.
I highly recommend Total Floors and will be going back to finish our bathrooms. They are highly efficient, more than reasonable in cost and experts in what they do.

In September, we experienced water damage due to the CO floods. After my husband and I ripped out the damaged carpet pad and dried the carpet, Total Floors sent someone to replace the damaged pad and re-​lay the carpet. After walking on the floor, it was immediately noticeable that the carpet pads were not the same weight, and probably not taped together. In addition, we noticed a seam in the corner that was ripped and hot glued together. The burn mark was crusted over the top of the carpet. When I called the saleswoman, Susie, her response was to put a piece of furniture over the seam, if it really bothered me. I was blown away by her «solution» and lack of customer service. I immediately contacted her boss, Jim, who not only disregarded my complaint entirely, but passed it off to Susie, instead of dealing with the situation. Susie then called me that evening and left me a scathing, unprofessional voicemail, that had more to do with her being a good Christian, than the issue at hand. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I paid for a service that was not only done incorrectly, but not acknowledged or fixed. Their customer service is far from acceptable. Save yourself the headache and find another flooring store.
