When I pick up pizza I expect good service and good tasting pizza. Maybe its just me, but the service has always been good. The only problem I’ve had is finding a parking spot. Now the pizza, I’ve had good tasting pizza and other times not so good. However, I’ve tried the BBQ chicken square pizza and each time the pizza has been GREAT. Maybe I’m lucky but eveyone in my family loves the taste. You must remember, that they put BBQ sauce on the chicken. To me, the taste is very sweet. Try the BBQ chicken pizza. It might become one of your favorites.

I don’t understand how this pizza has so many positive reviews, especially with Lou Malnati’s across the street. The pizza is bland, tasteless and humorosly overpriced. You’re better off staying hungry.

I’d love to be able to give a positive review, but cannot. I tried using online ordering, but it wouldn’t allow my zip code to be entered manually, nor was it one of the auto populated zips. I called in to place an order and was told they won’t deliver to my address. Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn’t complain. HOWEVER, I’m in far NE Bolingbrook by Promenade and an insert was in this week’s RedPlum flyer. Odd that I get a flyer for a place I cannot use. Even better? They deliver to Lemont, which is even further south than I am. Oh well. Rosati’s it is.

One of the better jets pizza location in the burbs. Like their pizza and service. Location is close to the kingery highway, and these guys do a phenom job with the turbo crust and getting it made well done!

I love their pizza don’t get me wrong. I’m giving the 1 star review because of how poorly I was treated over the phone while placing my order. Josh, who was taking my order has got to be one of the worst people I’ve ever talked to on the phone while placing an order for anything. Josh came off as very snappy and arrogant while trying to take my order for a large bbq chicken pizza. I wanted to have the bacon subbed out for pineapple and it sounded like he was complaining at the idea of it. He then continued to bark«WHATELSE?» after I said that’s all. I have this Josh guy on speaker phone the whole time and the two other people riding with me were looking at each other like what the H*** is going on with this guy? I decided I had enough of his terrible attitude and told him that he can’t talk to me like that. In fact he shouldn’t talk to any of his paying customers like that. I then called him out for being such a D-bag over the phone. His reply was«I don’t know what you are talking about» I asked him if he was the owner, he said he was the manager. I suggest whoever owns this Jet’s pizza to evaluate Josh’s customer service skills. He just lost my business as well as my two friends. Who knows how many other people he’s pissed off to date.

HORRIBLE!!! Still waiting. Pizza was supposed to be here in 45 min. 90 min later still no pizza. The boy answering the phone is clueless. The manager has no idea what’s going on either.

Greasy but very tasty. This is kind of like an upgraded Pizza Hut style pizza. The cheese and toppings aren’t overly plentiful but there is enough, and it’s reflected in the price. Call and ask what the specials are to save a couple bucks, they are good about helping you by phone.

I really enjoy this pizza! It is very reasonably priced for the quality. The 8-corner pizza is my favorite with pepperoni!

I had this pizza for a party over the weekend and most or if not all my guest we not familiar with this place and the pizza was a hit! I had talked to Tim earlier to schedule a delivery at 5:15 for 1 xl pizza and 1 party size sausage pizza And it arrived on time and hot! It was so good that we needed to order another pizza. I grew up in Cicero, with places like Freddy’s, Al’s, falco’s Villanova, etc… And this place fits right in!

I thought that Jets was good. but not the best. Seems like the pizza is kinda soft plus there more bread than the actual pizza itself. Too much bread in there pizza can lead to a lot of carbs especially for those who want to watch those carbs. Don’t take my word for it. try it yourself. You may find that one piece is enough to satisfy your apatite.

Guy was very nice and helped us decide what we wanted. Not being a fans of little ceasers, I assumed this facility would be the same, however the calzone I got for lunch was very good. I never actually had meatballs in a calzone. Desk guy was very nice and patient(while I decided with my 3 yr old daughter). They don’t seem to have a lot of options and their pictures of things other than pizza look cruddy. But I would give it another go.

I was torn on how many stars to give this place… The pizza is good. They give you tons of options and it’s always ready quick. We have ordered for pick up numerous times but never got delivery. I enjoy their thin crust pizza most. However, the last time we called we unfortunately spoke with an inexperienced employee who could not understand our order. We said we found a coupon online and he claimed he never heard of it. Their coupons don’t have number codes so we offered to show it on our smartphone when we came in to pick up. He then claimed he would honor it but when we came to pick up– the bill didn’t reflect that. Also do not order the salad. We got one salad and I got really sick. Then to confirm that it was the salad– my boyfriend ate it the next day and got sick as well. I don’t know if the salad was old or they don’t wash their veggies but something was wrong. Good place for pizza only!

Good, not great, pizza, and fantastic wings. I’m not big on delivery so we hit carryout regularly. These guys are very dependable, which makes them a regular stop.

Seen coupons for this place but I never thought that I wanted to order from there. Then my in-laws came over and wanted to order some pizza and said why don’t we get it from here because they were coupons. So we ordered with the coupons which were very good deals and surprisingly enough I was very pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was from jets pizza. My husband and I plan on ordering from Jets every time we get pizza because it was so good and the price was great. Def recommend.

There are a few things you need to understand about my boyfriend, AKA the Dude: 1. He is a coupon clipper of legendary proportions. If we’re going out to dinner, it’s because we have a coupon. I know he feels cheated when we pay full price for anything. 2. He could live on pizza alone. I am convinced he is part Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. 3. This one is actually about us as a couple: He loves deep dish and stuffed pizza. I like mine thin and crunchy — like crackers topped with cheese, basically. Finding Jet’s was like stumbling into a pizza parlor made just for us. The Dude found a bunch of Jet’s coupons in a savings mailer and we couldn’t pass up the coupon for«Buy a Large One-Topping Pizza for $ 10.99, Get a Small Deep Dish Pizza Free.» Clearly this is a coupon that was designed exclusively with us in mind. We got the Dude’s favorite food. We got it at a low, low price. We got two pizzas, so we avoided the dreaded«thick or thin?» «discussion» we always have when we order pizza. Oh, and Jet’s offers green olives as a topping! They’re my favorite. Why don’t more places do that? Being in Chicago, Jet’s has some hefty competition, and to be honest, they’re not the best ‘za in town. But they’re good at what they do: fast, creative pizza at a great price. I scarfed down more of the green olive pizza than I should have and had no complaints about quality or tastiness. I can guarantee we’ll be back(especially since the Dude has more coupons and now knows he can flavor his pizza crust).

Gotta love the 8 corners pizza. For those of us who fight for the corners we can all finally rejoice. Not only does it solve that problem but the pan pizza is not too shabby either. I’ve only tried the turbo bread sticks but they are also pretty damn good. Its not as cheap as say Pizza Hut or Dominoes but the quality is way better and the fact that you can heat it up in the oven the next day and its not just a soggy mess gives it some extra brownie points. I wouldn’t raise it up higher than your local pizza joint or maybe even Lou’s or Gio’s but its a change of pace from the norm and it hits the spot. Nice and crunchy crust and soft chewy inside. It feels like more of a foccacia pizza but in a good way. Check out the 8 corners pizza for sure and you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely left feeling a bit tricked… be it from the 4.5 star rating on my beloved site, the pictures on the business’s website, or the fact that this was called«pizza» and not some sort of cheese garlic bread… Maybe I tried the wrong pie on my first go-round? Whatever it was, I’ve had far better at far lesser places. Tried the«BLT Specialty Pizza», «deep dish», with the Jet’s Turbo crust… it was edible, and showed promise, but to call this thing anything other than cheese bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and some bacon bits is an injustice and disservice to everything that is a pizza. To start, it was NOT the traditional corn meal«deep dish» crust. Was more of a thick, bready, somewhat fluffy dough crust. Boo. The«premium» mozzerella cheese was NOT that. Mostly overdone(burnt?) and almost overbearing parmesan and romano resonance throughout. Not sure what the hype is about their Turbo Crust either. It was burnt cheesy bread with parmesan and romano. That’s it… I’ve had better cheesy bread from Domino’s, Papa John’s, and my high school cafeteria. A step above Pizza Hut or Chuck E. Cheese? Probably… But nowhere near Beggars, Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc… Like I said earlier, there is a slight glimmer of hope, promise, but they failed to deliver what was proposed. I MAY try them again in the future, give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will DEFINITELYNOT go outside the bounds of a simple slice of cheese or sausage.
