Burger King

This is by far the worst Burger King fast food center I’ve been to. The cashier, Mercedes, is someone Burger King should not have hired to be facing customers! All the time, she had a frown on her face. She looked like she hated her job. She often would sigh, and even mumble «Oh my God» while looking so disgusted. The orders came so slow, which is ironic for a fast food joint. The food handlers, both men, were each wearing just one plastic glove! Does the restaurant not have enough money to have each person wear a pair of gloves? What’s the purpose of one hand «sanitized» when the other, which also is used to handle our food, is not wearing a glove, and therefore can be dirty? I also found the chicken nuggets here to be tasteless, and the double stack burger was so small… MERCEDES, should really be taken out of the restaurant unless she’s the owner because she leaves a very impression of Burger King.

Worst. Burger King. Ever.
The drive-​thru staff has no command of the English language. They were extremely rude, got our order wrong and told us that everything we ordered was in the bag. It was not in the bag. So they told us we had to go back around the drive-​thru again because «that’s the way it is» as we were told by the apparent supervisor that night. We got a big attitude problem because my friend had a hard time seeing the dimly lit menu so he had to get out of the car to read it because it’s in a corner by a bunch of un-​trimmed bushes and so it took longer for us to order. Whoa so sorry but if you had a normal, brightly lit menu then it wouldn’t have taken so long!
Don’t go to this Burger King… it’s horrible… better to suffer from terrible food poisoning at another restaurant than go here, if you have a choice. This restaurant should be boycotted for having rude rude people.

Omg there so slow on orders that I’m always late to work! I ordered just the crispy chicken wrap and small fries, 2 minutes after placing an order, my chicken wrap is ready so I’m waiting for the fries. 3 minutes after, they got the fries ready but skip my order to the next after me. I waited for 7 minutes until I have the Nerves to tell them I need my food ready I’m in a hurry. They got my order but I’m already late thanks to them. This is the 3^rd time they screw up. Not going back to this location unless they improve there order and time management.

I like the food burger king is offering; HOWEVER its the cashiers that made my whole EXPERIENCE ruined!
1^st encounter with her (MERCEDES) she didn’t give the right change. my change was suppose to be $ 8.83 but she only gave me $ 7.83!
2^nd encounter with (MERCEDES) her again i was with my friend we were the only customer that was on the line then she was on the cashier i ordered the nuggets and asked for a medium combo then my friend asked me something about the menu when i was telling her about the shakes she rudely said «I’m still waiting for the drink» she’s very annoying
3^rd encounter UNFORTUNATELY she (MERCEDES) was the only cashier. I was on the line she wasn’t helping anyone anymore, meaning i was next. what she did was she went to the side and put the order of the other customer which i understand. so i just waited for her to finish. the line was starting to build up already. SHE WAS VERY SLOW! SHE DIDNT EVEN LET THE PEOPLE IN THE LINE KNOW THAT SHE’S GNA BE HELPING US SOON! and plus I NOTICED WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR HER LAZY a** THEIR WAS A LOT OF COMPLAINT FROM THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. the person behind me and the 5^th customer left already because she was so slow and didn’t even bother to show the concern that she’s going to assist us shortly!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BURGER KING SERRAMONTE ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS PARTICULAR LADY MERCEDES.
VERY RUDE! DOESNT GIVE RIGHT CHANGE! DOESNT EVEN SMILE AT ALL!
WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO BOYCOT BURGER KING!
THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT LADY OR ELSE THEY WILL DEFINITELY GO DOWN! JUST SAYING THATS HOW BAD ALL MY ENCOUNTER WITH HER IS

Prices are jacked up because it’s a mall.
The person taking our order was completely rude. It was 8:49 pm when we got to the cashier. After ordering a number 1 (whopper), I stare at the menu trying to decide what else to order. There was no one behind me and I wasn’t staring at the menu for more than a minute (truth!). The cashier lady tells me that they are closing in 1 minute. Understandable that their closing the kitchen but I mean you’re really gonna push me to hurry up when there’s no one behind me AND it’s not like she’s going to do anything else. Feeling the negativity of that comment I decided that was all I was going to get.
This other lady was dressed in a tan-​ish colored shirt and I asked her if she was the manager and what time they were closing. She told me at 9pm and there were still 10 more minutes. After attempting to explain what had happened, she did not understand anything I was saying.
Meanwhile after grumbling, the cashier asked if I would like to order anything else and was already taking another customer’s order (a few minutes later). So much for the «kitchen closing in ONE minute.»
Just upset that the manager is completely useless as much as the cashier is. How can you be a good manager if you can’t even communicate with your customers in English? At least make the effort to.

The food is bad for you and there are no deals here. Considering the price and the quality of food here, one is better off getting some real food at the food court.

i didnt have much money so i decide to hit bk. It was about that time where u don’t know if they still serve breakfast so as i walk in i saw the breakfast menu still out
i was like yes!!! i order a small has brown, but wait right after i told her what i wanted she rudly ignored me got on sum steps and slide the entire breakfast menu into luch and said to me with attitude no more breakfast.
i was like about to slap her right across the face and swear the sh1t outta her… but i just flicked her off and walked away
worst service i’ve seen and also much more expensive… makes this place fail

I want to leave a positve review, but mannnnn…
$ 13 = Whopper Meal + Small Onion Rings + Cheeseburger.
I remember the days when BK & Mickey D’s was actually CHEAPER than Pizza! NOT ANYMORE! Now you can get a flipping LARGE Pizza for $ 10 bucks. Little Caesars (which I consider the equal of BK & Mickey D’s) is $ 5 bucks for an entire pizza!!! Domino’s is the same.
But wait, it gets WORSE! …so AFTER paying $ 13 bucks for food, I went to order a small desert to go (another $ 2.25)…and politely asked if I could have a small refill on my drink… I was immediately told NOOOOOO. We don’t do that here! WTF??? This must be the ONLY BK on the planet w/​o free refills!!!
Bear in mind, this was AFTER I had just spent over $ 15 bucks on food (I know, big mistake but I was starving). AND it was the same cashier!!! I ended up driving over to Walgreens to buy a 2-​litre Coke, I just needed something to drink (another $ 2.25). All in all, I spent nearly $ 18 on food, all b/​c I decided to go to BK. I should’ve went to Elephant Bar next door, even THAT would’ve been cheaper than BK… and that’s WITH TIP!!! And I would’ve gotten free drink re-​fills!!! Geeeeezzzzz.
When large Pizza’s and Restaurants are CHEAPER than BK, something is seriously WRONG!!! These fast food places built their evil empires on cheap, fast service. Now the only thing that’s fast are their rising prices.
This is my last time @ BK… thanx but NO thanks. The cashier looked at me to see if I’d say anything rude… I simply said « Unilocal.»

The prices here seem higher than most BK’s, especially for «Value Deal» items. That’s probably the price of eating at a BK situated inside a major mall. Also, they have the soda dispenser behind the cash registers so there’s no serving yourself for that either. At least it’s kept fairly clean being inside the mall.

Probably one of the worst BK locations in town.
I thought I’d order their chicken tenders and low and behold I notice the manager sticking my tenders in the microwave oven… yes you read that correctly… MICROWAVE OVEN ladies and gentlemen!
The second I took a seat, I opened my chicken tenders box and saw exactly what I was expecting. STALE, DRY, HARD chicken tenders that had the same characteristics as the card board box in came in.
Needless to say, I only took a couple of bites and saved the rest for my dog.
Really, Burger King… you can do much better than that. Pathetic.

Every time I went to shopping mall, I have to go to this Burger King. Nice Burger King with tasty Whopper.

Yeck. I really can only eat fast food under two circumstances. Either when I am drunk. or when I am hungover.
This time I was hungover. I got the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and an orange juice. I have to say it totally did the trick.

I like eating junk food when i see it!
I entered Serramonte from the back. I see Taco Bell! But I needed to head to Forever21 first. As I approach F21, BK is right across the street!!! And ive been wanting to try the BK burger shots. They are cute looking.
The lady that took my order was nice. 1star. I ordered a 2pack burger shot, 1med onion rings, and 1 Fanta soda. She suggested that I get the meal instead. But i didnt want 6 burger shots, she said i could get 2. It was about $ 5. Good deal!
I saw them nuke my mini burgers… boooooo maybe it was to melt the cheese. but still…
Man, my burger was piping hot! Onion rings were crunchy plus 1star. And its clean and there are lots of seats here. One more star!
I like these seats more because theyre in a mall. The other BK’s in San Francisco are run by bums. I cant sit anywhere. Here, there are young teens with children. I saw at least 2 of these young moms biatched at their children with profanity while we were eating. Poor kids. Bf and I wanted to adopt them.
OH! and the bk shots came out to be squarish, not round like in the pictures… boooo

I haven’t had any problems with this Burger King and I’ve frequented it a lot. I have to admit that I’m not the sort of person that watches what I eat. I don’t check how many calories or carbs anything has. I just eat. I haven’t gone to Burger King in a while, but I saw their commercial for the Mushroom & Swiss Steakhouse burger and it looked sooo good. I love mushroom. I love steak. And I love cheese. Perfect combination. Really. Yummy burger. Very filling though. Here we are 5 hours later and I’m still full.

I have been to this Burger King inside the Serramonte Shopping Mall many many times… From the Whoppers to the Chicken Sandwiches, I have eaten them so many times… When I saw the new Burger King commercial which was the loaded steakhouse w/​swiss cheese & mushrooms… So then, I went to Burger king on a saturday just to try the The New Loaded Steakhouse w/​Swiss Cheese & Mushrooms after when I finished up this new steakhouse burger… I have to say that it has the same taste with the old loaded steakhouse burger only thing about this loaded steakhouse burger is that they added the swiss cheese and mushrooms it does taste really gooooooooood I love it very muuuuuch!!!
