This is your typical uncleanly mcdonalds. However i just want to say that this was really really bad. I went to the bathroom and it was so disturbing. We saw the employee come out of the bathroom and walk right past the sink. No soap, no nothing. Enough said, that was downright vile.

I waited 15min in line for «fast» food while the workers were on their cell phones and there was a customer telling them to open up another line. There was only one line to order. At least 10 people were in line and the woman working behind the counter (on her cell phone) says no only one line. The workers were packing their food to go and eating while the line was getting longer. Management needs to take note.

I waited for forty mins for my food. The manager told me it was because the order was difficult to read. So, they just skipped the order? Then they gave me the wrong food and forgot some of my order. Worse yet, the trash cans were overflowing with trash and the floor was covered with litter. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Worst McDonald’s ever! They get their orders wrong! My sister and I ordered an iced mocha, sweet tea with creamers, and large fries. So when we got the receipt, it wasn’t even what we ordered but it was the same price? So when we got to the pick up window, they gave us a meal and the wrong drink order. They switched our order with the person in front of us and even he was upset. AND TO TOP IT OFF, they didn’t even give me the right drink AGAIN! Are you kidding me? Don’t go here, they’ll just piss you off when you’re hungry.

Slow drive through with a line 10 cars deep prompted us to go in and boy was it a mistake. 30min wait for so called fast food, place is dirty with an unserviced dining area. Garbage litters the ground, tables are dirty… Doesn’t look like ppl care to keep this place clean and service is terrible. Better off going to westborough or them all. Wrote this review while waiting for food already 10 minutes and counting after the order was placed and sitting in line 20min.

Nostalgia definitely factors into this location of McDonald’s as I’ve grown up with this location for as long as I can remember. This was where as a kid, I got to meet Ronald McDonald himself when he dropped by for a rare appearance. First time I was ever star stucked! I don’t go to this location as frequent as the SSF location on El Camino Real simply just because it’s a little out of my way, but I will stop by from time to time.

I had that minion peel thingy that you get from the drinks or the fries. I got one that said free large iced coffee. The guy taking the orders in the drive through line said he doesn’t know how to redeem it since he’s new. He told me just go to the window & they will make my order. I get to the window, they don’t know wtf I’m talking about. How difficult is this order? It’s only iced coffee!!! So frustrating

I really enjoy going to this McDonald’s don’t get me wrong (their 2 for $ 5 Filet O Fish and 20 piece $ 5 mcnuggets always get me), but I’ve been noticing that the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. The mcnuggets are the size of Burger King nuggets. I had extra sauce left. The Filet O Fish was the size smaller than the palm of my hand. I looked at the food thinking, are you for real?! This is a joke. If this location or McDonald’s in general is going to keep this up, I’ll buy my food elsewhere. It’s not cool. Shame on you McDonald’s. I’m loyal to my Filet O Fish, mcnuggets, and need not to mention, my large sweet tea. This was truly a disappointment.

I miss Micky Ds. Love the French fries, always crispy and tasty. A mc double is what I order with aside of Mac sauce .
Sometimes staff is lacking in service, it’s because that are new. You have to start some where. Give them a chance, don’t be mad be patient. And double check your orders.

Ordered a 4 peice chicken nugget happy meal during lunch time through the drive thru. We drove home and as we were going to eat an EGG was inside the chicken nuggets box. Seems like these workers are not efficient and don’t care about their jobs.

Be careful as I ordered the 2 for $ 5 on the Filet-​O-​Fish because of Lent and requested for extra tartar sauce to find out they charged me for the extra sauce. I complained and they removed it. They said they don’t charge for extra tartar but it was on my receipt.
Only suggestion is to review your receipt at time of purchase. That’s how they get away with extra charges.

The worst Mc Donald’s in the area.
Drove through this past Friday night about 7pm. The person taking the order was new. Ok. When I got to the pick up window I got to watch the associates talking to each other. Social party for them. Having me wait for them. I ordered a large drink, was handed a regular. My fries were under cooked and cold. Throw them away.
Using the drive through you take chances, but really?
This was they’re third bad experience for me.
Walking in is the same. Difference, you get to stand and watch bad service.
Cold and under cooked food.
If you can avoid going to this Mc Donald’s… DO! Don’t waste you time or money.

These mentally handicapped individuals will NEVER get your order right — especially for breakfast. They use the excuse of being busy for not providing accurate orders. It’s on the damn receipt and on that display you guys look at w hen putting the stuff in the bag! Had to go back almost every time I’ve gone here. Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald’s I know of for coffee and a parfait in the area, and I refuse to go to that over-​rated mud in a cup Starbucks

Ugh, I don’t know if they have new staff or they just transferred the mall staff to this store because service has sucked lately. They are slow getting the food out. You should also double check your order because they don’t give you everything you paid for. For the last couple of times, they’d forget a whole happy meal, left out toys, forgot condiments, etc. See where I’m going at here? They need to retrain their staff. QC is down.

Being a McDonald’s when I have a McD craving? Automatic 3 STARS!
Having a drive thru? For a girl that lives in the city where they are almost non existent, +1 STAR!
Guy at the drive thru who couldn’t understand that we wanted 2 hot mustard and 2 bbq for our nuggets? MINUS 1 STAR! He kept giving us sweet and sour, so we gave up and drove away with 2 hot mustard, 1 bbq and 1 sweet and sour. Close enough I guess.
Basically back to 3 STARS just for being a McDonalds.

Why? I was HABPY*, and semi-​hungry. Came here to try the Angus Burger and it was good. That burger was a bridge product between an unhealthy burger and that one from a few years back (the one with a healthy bun), which bombed.
The eating area is clean, open without any partitions and brightly lit — quite inviting IMO. OTOH, the bathroom was its opposite, and there was no soap in the dispenser. This was around early dinner time.
*Hitting A Bike Party, Yeah
