Came here cause I choose this place over anything else this mall had for today. Really was excited to get me some food. People were still walking out with bags of food. The lights were still on and the door was open. Noticed there was a chair blocking the line area so I just thought they probably just mopped early. It was 8:40pm, they should still be open right? Stood in front of the cash registers for about 10 seconds only to noticed the guys were packing up the food. My husband then yells out, are you guys closed for the night? The employee says yes we are closed. … Totally bummed me out. They should lock the doors then!
Wait why are they closing out at 8:40?

You guys need some serious work in this Taco Bell if any of the owners see this review do something about it, kid taking my order doesn’t even know the menu got 2 out of 4 wrong items, he can even speak out loud you need better training, I don’t blame the kid I blame management, second thing is this guy in charge of the «crew» is a total lazy idiot I asked about my order and he said I don’t know what you order we’ll find out! You lazy! I don’t usually do bad reviews or even take the time to do so but! Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places and I’m really disappointed today.

Taco Smell! Meh… grab a number 1 and don’t stop for anything else. Another choice to pick from outside of the food court! The employees seem a bit disgruntled but I can understand that when making minimum wage!!! Oh, don’t ask for extra anything because the charge.

I love taco bell and don’t expect extraordinary service but somehow the cashier couldn’t get our order right. That’s totally understandable if we had a complex order with multiple items. We ordered a variety 12 pack of hard tacos. not only did she give us regular tacos, when we corrected her she overcharged us. And her only explanation was I dont know why

Love their box deal, although they’re no longer $ 5.
Only gripe I have is one of the employees, possibly a manager (asian guy), hands you your drink right away. Once I wasn’t even finished ordering yet and he shoves my drink in my face. It was really off putting. I mean, who wants to be holding their cold drink as they wait for their food?

You do not get anything here that you do not get at any other Taco Bell location. The advantage is that is located inside the mall so sometimes it’s a life saver because food is not cheap inside the mall. Taco Bell is probably the best fast food restaurant, at least I can get food that is not too greasy, I am not saying that everything is healthy but at least there are some decent healthy choices.

A small Taco Bell right across from Buffalo Wild Wings in Serramonte Center. The preparation station for food is pretty small, so even if their employees try their hardest, they won’t be able to make food as fast as they’d like. It’s flawed by design.
The place is in great location if you are wandering the mall and would like to have some quick Taco Bell food. They also have their «Happy Hour» during 2−5pm so their drinks and some items are half price. Perfect for the budget minded folks. Or those who are always looking for a good deal; like me.

This one is pretty big and kept mostly clean. They don’t skimp on the sauce bar, so I can easily fuel my addiction.
Bottom line: It’s Taco Bell, and you know you want it. Go to this one.

I used to come here a lot years back until one day I had to skip school from food poisoning, after that NEVER AGAIN.
I came here recently because of the Happy Hour they started from 2 – 5 which is something I can‘t complain about because it‘s stinkin‘ HAPPY HOUR! $ 1 drinks and $ 1 tiny burritos with 3 different fillings!
Other then that… I don‘t want to be bed ridden… never again… !

If you’re gonna try the Steak Cantina Bowl, spare yourself. Spend ~$ 2 more and get the Steak Burrito Bowl at Chipotle, it’s 100x better. Trust me.

This place is just huge. The service was fast and the food tasted pretty fresh. No stale shells or anything. The weirdest thing is the trash cans. They are styled into the place and were just super hard to find… for me at least. Fail. Lol. Place was cool though and a very good Taco Bell.

I loved coming here before, but now realized that this store is slowly raising their prices. The once $.59 soft taco is going up to $.99 now. And now hearing how the meat isn’t really meat, I rather eat somewhere else.

Taco Bell of the Serramonte Shopping Mall is one of most favorite Mexican fast food place to eat a Burrito and other mexican food items as well!!! Although this is not the first time that, I have been to a Taco Bell… I have been to alot of Taco Bells!!! I have tried the Chalupa, Double Decker Taco, Gordita, Mexican Pizza…
Out of all of these items that, I have eaten before… My most favorite Mexican food item of them all that, I enjoy eating the most would be The Cheesy Double Beef Burrito Yummy!!! Not only that it is under One Dollar very cheap and I Love It!!!

I knew there was a reason I had avoided Taco Bell for as long as I have. Don’t go here unless you want some serious gastrointestinal upset right after you finish eating.
That being said, I do have very fond memories of eating here when I was younger and getting the Choco-​Taco ice cream for dessert. Unfortunately, they’ve discontinued selling this item, which was the one awesome thing on the menu.
