Great cleaners and customer service!
These guys are a lifesaver, I had a stain on a shirt I wore once! and they were able to remove it (it helps if you tell them what the stain is from, my case was ketchup…). Also, one of my dress shirts had a broken button and they fixed it for free! Now they know how I like my clothes cleaned, so all I do is say hi and drop off my bag. That’s what I call awesome service :)

Horrible staff, completely unprofessional. I went here over a year ago to have a blazer dry cleaned and they put a hole in it and did NOTHING about it. I thought I would try them for something simpler this last Friday and have some button ups laundered and starched. The gentlemen that took my garments looked at them and told me the price for each garment, when I went to pick up (3 days later) that guy was apparently gone and found a new job and suddenly the price per garment TRIPLED. A simple cleaning and pressing of a few dress shirts jumped up to almost $ 30. The girl that wrongfully ran my card and I went around and around. She kept saying, «Well that guy doesn’t work here so I don’t know why he would tell you the wrong price. Also, these types of dress shirts should never be laundered, always dry cleaned, they are probably damaged.» I’m livid! Please save your precious clothes and avoid this place! They don’t care about the customer at ALL. This is absurd.

Brought and brand new white top in to be cleaned. Worn once & now it’s it completely dis colored & a pinkish brown. Called and asked what exactly happened and how they were going to fix it and was told that they can run it through again but that’s «just what’s happens» &“clothes get dingy” explained that this was a brand new top & that’s ridiculous & she just repeated herself.
So I thought the whole reason of bringing nice clothes in & getting them dry cleaned was to have them preserved & taken care of. Will never come back here & so disappointed

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Stole my wife’s sweater and then instead of saying, we will look for us, the rude woman told her too bad that «if you don’t catch us when you pick up, we don’t look for it». She then laughed and told her she should be more careful. Had noticed another shirt was missing as well, but had not said anything. Basically, they’re thieves… Now you know why its cheap…

Dropped off 11 items, all dry cleaning. 8 pairs of dress pants, 1 jacket, 1 blouse. One they couldn’t clean because of the leather detail on a skirt. Cost was well over $ 90 and with a 50% off coupon still $ 45+. And it took them 2 days. Dropped off before 9AM and was told it would not be ready same day.
Bloody expensive and an extra day to get my things back.
Not going back. For that price, I’d definitely expect same day service.

In by 9 out the next day by 6! A real life saver if you are in a rush! They even take leather.
