Excellent customer service. The proprietor had let her staff go for the day and then got several customers right at closing. She was able to take care of everyone plus answer phone calls with a smile on her face. SAS is the store for people with hard-​to-​fit feet. Prices are high, but quality is high and they have the most unusual sizes. I took a tourist who needed to purchase and the proprietor tried several shoes and sizes and was very meticulous about getting a correct fit – finally landing on mens 9 WW for this hard-​to-​fit lady — even though she had so many customers and phone calls. She explained about ordering items, keeping the size on file and other things as well. Her dedication and grace are much appreciated.
