I tried on several pairs of boots on this particular Sunday and unfortunately the ones I loved were not in stock. The sales person suggested that I place an order with her and they would ship them to my home. The following Sunday I decided I would check on the shipment since I hadn’t received a tracking number or anything. I called the Northpark store and was told they were too busy to assist, but that someone would call back later in the day. They did call back but I was told the order had not been placed and they weren’t quite sure where the shoes were or what happened. I got another call later that Monday that said I should be receiving them later in the week, or the following week. I received the shoes Tuesday afternoon. I decided to return the shoes because of the poor customer service. When I took shoes back to Northpark, the sales person was rude and never asked what happened or anything. This was my first experience with this company, but I won’t be going back.

Called the store to see if they had a specific pair of shoes in stock I wanted to purchase. I was driving in from more than 30 miles away. Jennifer was helping me over the phone, when Rebecca, the assistant manager, told her that they did not have time to take a phone call and check their stock. Poor customer service, Rebecca, and certainly not the treatment I expected to receive.
