Roma Boots

I had purchased 3 pairs of rain boots for my mom, sister, and myself. Was totally in love with their boots! They were open box so I got them at a great deal at 50% off. I should’ve inspected them while at the store but I was in a hurry and the store clerk assured me that the boots were not used and most were just exchanged boots.
Well a day later I noticed that the boots I got for my mom had a tiny puncture hole on each boot and the bottom of the boots were really dirty like they had definitely been worn before. So I send Roma boots an email about the holes in the boots and what could be done. All they offered was to give me 50% off another pair of boots and stated that all their boots are new and rubber is a unique substance and that batches of boots can vary slightly in appearance from others due to a variety of manufacturing reasons. I’m sorry but if your manufacturer is making boots with holes in them you might want to consider switching manufacturers. And I just bought 3 pairs of boots, why would I want to buy another at 50% off? An exchange would’ve even been fine.
So even though I like the idea behind the boots of how when you buy one, they give one to a child in need I can’t say I like how they handled what I consider «damaged boots.»
Check your boots before you pay and walk out with them!

So Roma boots did admit to a manufacture defect in their «older» boots. They provided me a 50% discount for my next purchase. Shouldn’t it be a free pair of boots?

After writing the review, the owner reached out to me and explained that my boots were unfortunately part of a batch from an old distributor that had issues. He kindly offered for me to replace the old boots with a new pair. He was so apologetic and sincere, reflecting the philospohy of the company. I can now confidently recommend these boots to anyone!

I absolutely love Roma boots! I bought a pair of their boots and they’ve worn in so nicely! I’ve had them for a few months and they are still in premium shape! I get many compliments on them because they are so cute! Perfect for rainy weather or any other occasion! Highly suggest them because they are so versatile!

I purchased the medium high black combat looking rain boots in matte. I am constantly complimented on them– so seriously cute– they are comfy, and with all the rain this spring I used them weekly & they still look brand new. I don’t even have to change shoes at work bc they don’t look like rain boots. Im ordering more in color! I love the concept of giving back & can’t wait till the men’s line comes out. Meeting Samuel and hearing his amazing heart for the Gospel & the kids of Romania! What a blessing!!! These boots are not only cute, comfy, and fashionable, but EVERY pair sold allows a child in Romania to have a much-​needed pair of rain boots! Such a wonderful idea! So, I got a super cute pair of rain boots, the boys got some stylin’ boots, and that means 4 kids in Romania get some new boots too!!! Praise the Lord!!!

Roma Boots is fantastic! Best boots in Dallas. They donate a pair for everyone purchases. The limited edition «Love» boots are awesome.

Dfw’s biggest vendor for Roma Boots, for every pair of rain boots sold, they donate a pair of rain boots and school supplies to destitute children. They also make room for Art and Fashion pop up shows. Recently visited the «Red light District Art Show» local and internationally known Graffiti artist come together creating art work to help spread the word about human trafficking and young victims. Yes Dallas has a problem so don’t be a «Joe» real men don’t pay to play :)
