This was my first visit here and this location is beat. The cashier with blue hair was too busy chatting with her male counterpart to take my order or even say hello. I had to interrupt her and she starred at me. Dropped my card and recipient on the counter, quite rude. Several employees were in the back on mobile devices, which is unsanitary and dirty phones have no businesses purpose in the kitchen. The kitchen was in disarray with dirty pans all over the floor which is also unsanitary. Both of my food items were dark and burnt. One young man working there was courteous and visibly washed his hands before handling food. This is the only positive feedback I can provide for this location. Service, cleanliness. and food quality all need improvement ASAP.

Every time we order online or by the app we get a call and they don’t have anything that we have ordered. The customer service when we get a call is very rude, sub par and sucks, at best. Not happy with this Pizza Hut!

It’s hard to give a proper review because of how inconsistent they are. The pizza itself is pretty consistent but the service is all over the place. This location has always had issues with their phones working sometimes, sometimes you can’t get through forever. Sometimes the person that answers is nice, sometimes they’re miserable form the moment they answer and are irritated to help you. My most recent experience, I ordered off the app and was given a 35 min. delivery time. An hour and a half after we placed the order, we still hadn’t got the delivery, didn’t receive a call about our order, and we tried calling so many times but their phone was busy. Tried calling the 800 number(it was around lunch time on a friday) and the recording said to try again during normal hours or call the location you are trying to reach direct. So than we just drove there, the girl wasn’t even concerned much with he situation and told us the delivery guy had just left. She called him back and we got our lukewarm pizza at the store. We had to complain before she offered to even give us a discount, that would be on our next order. ZERO craps given about the customer service… Needless to say, we still take the risk of getting delivery from them since its the one we are zoned to but I’m always prepared to expect some issues.

They do not answer the phone. I was on hold for over thirty minutes. Do they have no courtesy or respect for the customer? Sure it was lunch time, but this is unacceptable! Plus they were late on the delivery. Pizza is good, if you can order it.

This Pizza Hut won me over the minute they picked up the phone. The voice on the other end(Donzelle) picks up and asks if I’m ready for the best pizza in Dallas. He is so sincere and couched in his delivery that he has to mention that this is not a recording. Every employee at this location seems well-versed in customer service and enjoys interacting with customers. If you’ve ever had Pizza Hut pizza in your life, this location serves up what you’ve come to expect. There presentation is, however, some of the best I’ve seen for pizza chains. Pizza is OK, Service is excellent!
