I tell you all, the staff was very bad but they change it. Now this people are friendly and courteous!!! The place looks and feel different, cleaner and the lines are not as long as use to.

Another horrible experience at an airport restaurant. Horrible customer service, took them forever to refill the salsas that were out of stock. No «Welcome to Moe’s!!». The employees working here are bad for the Moe’s brand. Will definitely never eat at this location again.

I LOVEMOES, and it hurts to penalize them with a bad review, but the staff here is so slow and do not seem to care. This is based on several visits to this location. It’s absurd. From reading other reviews it seems I’m not alone

I had the«Band Camp Burrito Bowl», which was so great. It’s kinda like Subway, in that you tell them what all you want on your bowl, & they add ingredients as you move down the line. I really like this kind of Tex-Mex food, & that they also offer black & pinto beans(not just refried bean paste). The menu is also conveniently marked with which options are vegetarian-friendly, just perfect for vegetarians on the go! I also picked up a bottle of lemonade in the cooler near the register. My cost for the bowl & the lemonade was just $ 10.48, which is quite a bargain for airport food.

Taco salad was delicious with a ton of fixings, crispy shell, lots of meat, and only 8.50 $ — that’s a steal at the airport! However, the staff itself made me so unpleasant with their scowls and rudeness. I get it that some people aren’t people persons, but get a desk job. The guy who began my salad was nice and helpful with information, but the girl adding the toppings and the girl ringing me up seemed to hate their lives I’m guessing either no one has said anything to a manager or its tough to employ at an airport restaurant, but I hope for the sake of the business things improve as it was good cheap and fast airport food

Food overall was okay, but they were out of many toppings. Overall space was very dirty comparative to other places around. The reason this rating was so low, because of the staff. All the staff was extremely rude. One of the staff members walked out in the middle of preparing an order in front of us declaring he was done. Other staff members confused our order with others and actually walked away from us trying to pay for our food. Guess they didn’t want our money. They mixed our order with the order in front of us and when we to tried to figure out what was theirs and ours, they refused to help. Also saw the staff whipping noses without washing hands etc… Very unprofessional. Just be wary of staff.

I’ll start by saying I’ve had Moe’s and it is normally good. We were on the last flight out of love field so they were ending their evening. Since it was the end of their night they were out of pinto beans, guacamole, queso, and salsa so making your burrito extra delicious was difficult. In lieu of salsa they offered me hot sauce and me thinking it was the type that is only mildly hot had them put some on and they put a lot on. Fair warning their hot sauce its HOT! I lost any tasting abilities after about two bites and was overwhelmed by hot so only get this if you like super spicy. The main reason for the two stars was that it was pretty dirty and unkept to say the least. The staff was making fun of a customer openly who left due to then being out of certain items as well. The only reason it did but get one star is I had some of my husband’s hot sauce less burrito and it was still tasty.

An option for breakfast in the morning if you have time before your flight. Been here twice now, both times for their breakfast. I get the steak breakfast bowl. You build your own bowl. The base comes with potatoes and eggs. You can add rice if you want. Then you can choose other toppings like corn, cheese, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, etc. They also have a salsa bar. They are generous with portions and I’m always stuffed after eating here. Overall, it’s okay for airport food. It’s not a place I would opt to go to if I wanted breakfast outside an airport.

Terrible and slow service. Hard to believe its in an airport and the employees take their time filling cup holders while there’s a line of people waiting. Food was cold.

Had a breakfast burrito there; little pricey but pretty good. Better than the sitdown places in this airport.

It’s Christmas Eve and one of the staff members was EXTREMELYUNPLEASANT! And extremely rude. The man that was working was nice, but this lady literally made me not want to try it. My boyfriend made me try it in the end, and it’s very good. Just not really good in the hospitality part.

Tex-Mex in the airport. Mmmmm, mmmmmm. Saying that this is second only to Pappasito’s at Hobby makes me suspect myself of being a homer. I haven’t had the burritos, but i’m a huge fan of the steak nachos. They’ll happily douse it with whatever fixins you want — including sauteed mushrooms — and there’s a salsa bar to drench it with afterward. The steak bits are sizable, and they don’t skimp. The best part? It’s ten bucks. Eating at the airport for ten bucks? That’s a bargain. There’s a reason there’s always a line :)
