Just relocated to Dallas from New York and needed a mattress. Quick and easy, in and out — Luis was great!

Purchasing a new mattress is a little stressful because it can be hard to figure out what works not just in the store, where most feel great, but what will be the right mattress for years to come. My wife and I had a great customer service and buying experience at The Mattress Firm on Knox and Central.
We worked with one of the managers, Gemae Williams, who was professional in every way and treated us as if we were not just clients but friends. She listened to our needs, was genuine in her desire to help, and provided valuable insight while helping us make our purchase.
One thing that really stood out is that once we had narrowed it down to two mattresses, Gemae did not try to sell us a mattress that was more expensive. There was a big price difference but she just focused on the needs of my wife (who is having back issues). She actively listened and addressed our specific needs. As a consumer it is incredibly refreshing to have someone not push the more expensive product. Instead, Gemae provided insight and advice on what she saw in terms of how the mattresses fit our bodies and what worked for us, not what cost the most.
Her customer focused, genuine, friendly approach made me more comfortable (pun not intended) and I left feeling like I was assisted with a purchase and not «sold» or another sale.
Buying a mattress is a huge purchase that you’ll have for a long time, so it’s important to get it right. I highly recommend this store, and Gemae in particular, for any mattress purchase you are considering.

We recently purchased a new King pillow top set from Wes at the Knox Henderson location. Wes was SO awesome and went above and beyond to get us what we needed without being pushy. He gave us every piece of information and took the time out to sit while we completed all of the financing paperwork. We’ll never buy from anyone else!
