I bought a mattress and box spring from here last week. The box spring made the bed way too high, so I called the next week and even though they do not do exchanges on box springs, Sara went out of her way to get me a new box spring delivered the very same day. Great service!

Sarah at the store on Central and Tracy at the store on Lovers were both very helpful. They made the process of buying a mattress fun and easy. The delivery folks were great as well. Purchasing a mattress from Mattress HQ was overall a pleasant experience.

Sarah was quite helpful. She gave me the low down on the various mattresses and labels that the manufacturers use for different vendors. I knew what I wanted, she lead me to the identical mattress, though referenced by a different model name. It was less than I was expecting to pay.
The only hiccup happened at the delivery. I scheduled a morning delivery which they missed. I called, they identified their mistake and went out of their way to expedite a delivery. In my book, everyone makes a mistake. How you handle the mistake is what tells me if you you truly care about your customers. They were great.

Bought mattress on 7⁄13 and scheduled 7⁄15 delivery. No delivery. Called store on 7⁄16 — «not a working number.» Went to store on 7⁄16 at 10:00 (posted time for opening) and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and open the store. No show. Started calling other Mattress HQ stores and Adrian at the Frisco store helped me. He found my order, told me the mattress was on backorder and scheduled for delivery on 9/1./ WHAT? He eventually got another mattress to me that day. What a trainwreck!
