Who doesn’t love a little retail therapy at Loft??? I think I found my new location for LOFT as this location had way more options than the other Loft I’ve been to in Dallas! All the employees here were helpful when I needed help finding something to go with a certain color shorts. I loved walking around here and finding more than I need. I loved that fact they have so many petite size clothing for those that at short! I love the quality of the clothing here. I love the Lou and Grey section as everything seemed to fit perfect for a short person like me and that’s a huge Plus for me! I am definitely going to this location from now on.

I would love to give this place 5 stars… but I can’t because the selection is kinda low. I’m comparing to Northpark mall… however, the ladies who work here are very helpful and easy to talk to. They did their best to help me but were limited by what they didn’t have available. I’ll try again sometime, but didn’t get a chance to purchase.
I also appreciated that they didn’t laugh at me when I was like «you got clothes for women who have some ass around here?» hehe

I have shopped in at least a dozen Loft’s in my day in cities close and far and wide… and this is STILL my favorite one. I can easily spend $ 200 without trying. Or I try not to but I reason out why it’s such a good deal and how I’ll wear it forever and shit. Sheesh. ;)
I can’t put my finger on it, but this location really seems to have the best selection, best layout, best workers anywhere. Timberly is usually there and she really makes this store. Ms. Taylor, I hope you’re listening because she needs a raise. The sale selection is always full of stuff you want and is way on discount, the new stuff always seems to have my size available, I can’t explain it. This store is an enigma, a little piece of perfection in my world.

Ann Taylor Loft is a really good place to go to get your nice, conservative staple type clothes. Need a basic pair of black pants, they will have a good one that fits well. Sweaters, check. Pants, check. Basic shirts, check. It is not going to be confused with a cutesy boutique but you need both and I like Ann Taylor Loft.
Also, the employees there always seem really nice and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

I love this LOFT. There are many locations but this one has to be my complete favorite. All of the employees are super helpful, they have the BEST sale section and they’re always willing to go look for a size for me if it’s not out on the floor.
The parking is great because not only can you typically find a place right out front but they’re right next to the garage so you can always zip in there if you need. I also love that it’s in West Village so we can cruise over and have anything to eat in the surrounding areas. I’ll always come back to this location, no matter where I live! :)

I love Loft but it has it’s downsides. I bought a sweater on Thursday and before wearing it it had a hole in the sleeve. I bought it from their location in mockingbird station but after seeing their selection tried this location hoping they had more sizes available. They did! I stood in line to make my exchange and I think it was the easiest exchange I’ve ever made. I didn’t have to sign anything and it took less than a minute. The staff was really friendly and where I wasn’t really purchasing anything I could tell that they were going out of their way for the customers in front of me.
Based on the location and more being available shopping wise in the area, I will definitely be going back.

Having a petite wife brings with it the need to find stylish clothes in her size. Now I can either shop in the children’s section of some department stores or I can bring her here to Ann Taylor Loft and their great selection of clothes in «petite» sizes.
Being a typical man, I didn’t know what «petite» sizes meant. Basically its for women who are smaller in size and height. The clothes are cut with slightly different proportions to fit their body just the right way.
The quality of the clothes is excellent and rarely has my wife been dissatisfied with her purchases there.
Location is in the East side off the West Village Shopping center (along McKinney). Check the website for store hours.

I love it when people actually enjoy their jobs. The employees at this Loft are amazingly nice. So nice that I had to go on Unilocal because I was blown away by how friendly and smiley they were. They actually seemed to be glad to be working there! They offered help without being pushy or hovering. What else can I say? The store’s clean, spacious, and the selection is typical of any other Loft.

You really can’t beat the location of this Ann Taylor. The parking garage is relatively easy to maneuver, and I can always snag a side parking spot somewhere along the street.
The employees at this one are always really helpful. On my last visit the clerk asked if the clothes I was purchasing were for any reason, so I told her that one of the tops was for going out that same night. Not only did she plug in the steamer and spend a few minutes taking out the creases, she hung it up nice and tidy and put a protective bag around it. And the shirt was on sale, too!
Speaking of, they always have great sales!

They often have a very nice selection of clearance items at this store. And they carry the only pants that fit me like they should without having to run out for alterations. The employees there are nice and helpful. Plus great location. Thumbs up!
