Terrible customer service!!! They have a 7 day return policy for store credit. I bought a dress and the next day they were having a 20% off sale. I came in with the UNWORN dress and asked to return it for store credit and rebuy it. They wouldn’t let me rebuy it because it was a form of a price adjustment which they do not allow. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the past 2 years and for them to treat one of their most loyal customers this way is unacceptable. I will have to come in another day and use my store credit but will never shop there again. Their management doesn’t understand that good customer service goes a long ways.
