Very frustrating a brand would so dilute their integrity… I was a customer of j crew for years and ordered online, when my clothes arrived the quality and fit were completely different than the brand I had grown to appreciate. When I called Jcrew they told me I had ordered from their factory and the clothes and quality are totally different from Jcrew, of course this was no where disclosed to my knowledge, aside from fine print I probably, sadly missed, by being a typical consumer and shopping online for convenience.

This is such a gorgeous store. It’s laid out so well and everything is easy to find without feeling cluttered. I love the convince to west village. It makes my shopping experience WAY easier. I hate going to malls and worrying about parking, etc. This location is perfect. I’ll continue to frequent here!
