The first time I ate here, the music was so loud that we had to shout in order to carry out a conversation. It’s hard to enjoy your food when the noise is so loud. Yes, we complained. The 2nd time I ate here, the waiter screwed up the order because the music was so loud. He couldn’t here me say«beans only» so he brought me «beef only»(chalupas). Arg! Today, 3rd and last time. Lunch time which is usually time for conversation. The music was again so loud that my companion had to put ear plugs in his ears. Also, I asked for a small amount of salsa to go. The cheap bastards charged me $ 1.20 for a dinky container of table salsa. Wow! BTW, the salsa here is very good, and now that I have $ 1.20 worth, I’ll see if I can clone it.

Great place for some quick Tex Mex. I like the Salsa and chips — they are really good here. The Enchiladas are tasty and seasoned well.

Good fast Tex Mex & super reasonable prices. Chicken enchiladas were yummy. Chips & beans were delish. Pretty standard Tex Mex. We stopped here for a super quick bite on our way to a class & only had abt 30 min for dinner. This was a way better choose than fast food & probably less $ since the portions are big & we shared. Excellent service & crazy fast! We aren’t in this area often but I would certainly go back!

This is a great Tex Mex place off Greenville Ave. The namesake enchiladas are very delicious with any of the sauces — sour cream, cheese or chili. I love the burritos and tacos as well. You really can’t go wrong eating at this restaurant. The margaritas are also top rate. Get the Big E margarita and make sure you have a ride home.

Enchilada’s is the best. I’ve been coming here for more than 10yr and I will continue to visit for as long as I am in Dallas. The best dish is the Fajitalata plate which includes cheese enchiladas with fajita meat on top and rice & beans.

When I lived in Dallas I would come here all the time for their swirl Margaritas. Now every time I’m home to visit this is my 1st stop to eat! I always get their Flauta dinner and a Margarita on the rocks!!! I love love love their salsa and chips too!

Went to Enchiladas this past Tuesday night for a work meeting. We had the chips and salsa which were ok. The food was nothing spectacular. I ate the whole thing because I was starving. Some people ordered margaritas which were pretty big and they each drank at least one! I guess they were happy! Lol we didn’t order dessert. Service was really good though.

Stuffed Jalapeños are fantastic but don’t go for the happy hour, no such thing as $ 2.50 frozen margaritas.

Hands down the best tex mex in the city, possibly the state. An incredibly friendly crowd and live atmosphere instantly make you feel like you’re at home. The menu has the usual tex mex favorites with some interesting concoctions like the loco white wings. The staff makes you feel welcome, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. There’s plenty going on between enchilada eating contests, live music every Saturday, and an amazing resort style brunch every Sunday. I’ve been to other Enchilada’s and the food isn’t as fresh and the wait staff isn’t as friendly. It was like an entirely different restaurant. Consistently setting the bar for Dallas tex mex. And their drinks? Whoo! Forget about it! A great place to watch the game abd kick back with a 32oz margarita.

So we are going to Enchilada’s for lunch the other day. As I was walking up to the building the question in my mind pops up, «is it Tuesday? Or Thursday?» … an important question for those who are regulars. Tuesdays are the $ 3 meltdowns and $ 3 swirls are on Thursday. Well, it was neither. Then it dawned on me, my wife and I have been coming here for over 20 years. 20 years! This is a place to get a margarita: swirl, meltdown, on the rocks, big or small. Simple. Nothing fancy. Just good drinks. Standard fare for me tends to have a rotation: Fajitas, Tony’s Chicken, Brisket Tacos and/or Tacos Al Carbon with corn tortillas(instead of flour) and a grilled jalapeño. Back in the 90’s it was sour cream chicken enchiladas, which I am sure is still worth a go. But it is the Tuesdays and Thursdays that keep us coming back and has kept us coming for the past 20 years.

Drinks were very overpriced, and the server wasn’t helpful at explaining drinks. We ordered the brisket nachos, and they came with nothingexcept cheese and overcooked brisket.(not even sour cream on the side) They looked like they were microwaved, I could’ve made better ones in my microwave at home. My friend ordered the flautas… which 100% were freezer taquitos from Costco. Extremely overpriced for what we got.

A group of friends went there some time ago on a Sunday, for brunch(yeah…totally forgot to review it.). They have all the main staples of Tex-Mex and some American dishes, a large buffet. Everything was good, nothing standing out but decent food. They have a guy making omelets to order, nice touch! It was sometime ago, but I am almost sure they have pancakes and waffles made to order too. The food is fresh, lots of fruits, desserts, mimosas and Bellinis included in the price, if you chose the option. And let me tell you: the drinks are strong, the real deal. After 2 mimosas I was saying hi to everybody! The best part was the service. The owner, Tony, was super nice, he came to our table and gave us his business card and also a discount card that I managed to lose(not mimosas’ fault). Our server was very kind and attentive and when the owner left he said«he is a very nice person, I’ve been working here for a long time and he is awesome, I love working here» How about that? I am so super fan of people complimenting others and saying good things… I think his name is Esteban. I will be back!

Ok mexican, would not go out of my way to go here. The queso was standard queso nothing amazing. The lunch chili rellano with chicken was great minus the sauce. The sauce was bland and added nothing to it. The soup was ok. The service was great!

I read the reviews before joining my friends to celebrate a birthday with Sunday brunch, so I went with high expectations; but, I was not impressed with my experience. I think there must be a difference with the buffet offerings and the dishes made-to-order. If you eat from the vegetarian/pescetarian ‘side of the plate’ the buffet is a waste of money… unless you really load up on the frozen Bellinis or Mimosas included in the buffet price. Even my daughter(who is very much a meat eater) commented that only the roast chicken was best part of the meal. And there was much more than that on the buffet. I suggested to the owner –who stopped by and greeted our large group– that at least ONE more fish dish(there was a shrimp cocktail) would be greatly appreciated. They could also add some CRISP steamed or sautéed veggies. The ones on the buffet were water-logged and cooked to the extent of losing their color! The service was EXCELLENT though and I noticed that, for those who were knocked down those Bellinis, he kept them coming. The owner gave everyone a discount card to use on a return visit. I would try again for lunch or dinner; solely based on the many positive Shrimp Diablo reviews, If I can try the dishe without the bacon wrap, I’ll check it out and update this review.

The hubby and I came here last night. He ordered a combination platter of some sort. We shared a bowl of Queso and each had a margarita. The queso was awesome. It had a little spice to it. I love spicy food. The margaritas were STRONG. I definitely felt like we got a good bang for our buck with them. But, it was a little pricy. We spent $ 30 for one dinner, queso and margaritas. The location is great. We will be back!
