Not sure why the ratings were low but I always have prompt service and their’s always ample bagels available.
Convenient, fast and economical.
The mushroom asparagus egg white with Swiss on an everything is my favorite.

I stopped here the other morning just after seven for breakfast with my coworker. Einstein’s is our go to, as their bagels are a staple in our department.
This morning, I placed my order (2 Asiago bagels — one with garlic cream cheese & one with onion cream cheese). When I approached the second register to pay, the woman working the register was on the phone. They called out my order before I could pay.
Everything tasted great, but they definitely skimped on the cream cheese. My colleague said the same thing of her two bagels.
I would definitely stop back by and give them another shot, as their bagels never disappoint.

Dirty and not great for studying. The upholstery on all of the booths are stained. They might be actually clean (doubt it) but they look dirty. The bathrooms are borderline as well.
The most annoying part is there are no plugins for laptops. Really wanted to grab a bagel and study for a while before heading to the park. Unfortunately spent all the battery power at the bagel shop (indoors because they have no decent patio). With plugins in abundance at Panera bread and Starbucks (both 2 minutes away) I assumed they would have power outlets available. Regretting my choices :/

This place is my go to breakfast stop pretty much 3 times a week since it’s so convenient and quick. Janell the cashier is always super friendly and pretty awesome. Decent place to grab grab a quick bite to eat.

This isn’t the slowest, most inefficient Einstein Bros I’ve visited. In fact, you can generally get your bagel much faster her than across the street, or that’s at least been my experience. The low rating surprises me. I like this place!
I’m taking away a star for what I’m assuming is management. This guy is always messing with his phone, stands around, is loud, and has run through a lobby full of customers. To me, he’s unprofessional and could work a little harder/​show a bit more maturity.

This was the worst service ever. The workers ALL of them got my order wrong twice along with my roommates. They were out of all the side dishes I wanted. This location is the worst and super out of order … They need to rehire the whole crew.
And it was not even busy at all whatsoever, they really need to get it together. When I went up to ask for extra cream cheese on the side because they poorly made my bagel with barely any cream cheese… And they forget my roommates extra side of tomatoes.

Given the amount of people there I was shocked how bad the experience was. They had 5 people working though my order of only TWO bagels was botched. Save you money and go grab a donut somewhere else.

Filthy doesn’t do justice to describe the conditions, despite the employees standing around chatting. My daughter slipped and fell on a puddle in the middle of the floor. No selection, no hazelnut coffee and employee seemed annoyed at my request to make some more.

How can you be a bagel spot yet never have any bagels. Looks like I am stuck getting the bagel nobody else wanted, hello blueberry, we meet yet again. The last time I had you, I was 12 and mom was on a new diet. Thanks Einstein for the flashback. How about we focus more on keeping items in stock.

Wow, just opened up my bagel and it is burnt all the way through… no wonder it took forever they were busy scorching my bagel.
I’ve been here several times and it has always been decent to disappointing, now with my blackened bagel, I will definitely never be back.

Dropped by here to grab a quick breakfast. Service was quick. I went with the sausage and cheddar cheese sandwich. The sandwich is good and the service was on point. There was a homeless man aimlessly wondering through the establishment. All in all solid 3 star experience.

This place needs good cleaning! Men’s restroom door is falling off the hinges. The floors are filthy, tables need wiping and sanitizing, the coffee station is a mess. And it’s not even busy! Have a little pride in your store for crying out loud!

I will say that the service was impersonal but efficient. They get you in and get you out. My order was made correctly. Of course their food is consistent with other locations and I will say they have god coffee. I am not a huge coffee drinker but I like a good cup every now and again and theirs fits the bill.
So far, I like the Santa Fe breakfast bagel sandwich, the pumpkin bagel clusters and their coffee.
Don’t know that I’ll be returning to this location but it might be worth a thought if I am in need of a change up for breakfast in the area. Otherwise, I will most likely just go to Eatzi’s.
