Portion control is awesome. With the crispy tacos you get like 3 to 4 pieces of chicken how can you go wrong there for the price you pay.

The food is awesome. Yes, the parking sucks but I’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes there’s parking. Sometimes there isn’t, but there are plenty of places around here to get a taco. No big deal. I’m giving it three stars because the last time I went in there, the music was so loud, I couldn’t enjoy my meal and I was getting a headache. I know it’s on Lemmon but this is not the club. I guess the manager thinks he’s at station 4 and he’s still tweaked out on meth and poppers. Seriously, turn the damn music down

Location difficult to get to, parking is small, not enough seats in six and they always run out of chicken.

The parking here turns me into a basic bitch, which is frustrating. No sooner do I turn in and hear myself screaming«I literally can’t.» Thanks chipotle. Now I’ll just turn up the Taylor Swift and drive to whole foods as I try to accept the 14-year-old girl parts of my personality. While self-acceptance alludes me, I do drive off. What are my other options? Wait? Other cars are already waiting, and if I also wait it creates a real life parking lot puzzle. You know, where you want to get that one car out so you move all the others? Except no one is moving the pieces and everyone is pissed. Screw everyone else and steal the next spot? And what if Kathy Bates is in one of those other cars? I maybe a young with basic insurance, but no Towanda action my car, thanks. So about half the time I try to come, I give up. This is frustrating, which is why I am leaving one star. I know it makes me the person who leaves a bad review after opening the door of a restaurant and leaving 3 minutes later because no one gave me a gallon of tequila and sugar upon my entry. But I’m basic. There are many options to solving this problem, starting with calculating the lost revenue from other customers like me. Your sign reads«our burritos are big but our parking lot is small.» Let’s aspire to have brains that are more like your burritos. Perhaps you don’t, in which case I will sit outside for a day, count the cars that leave, build a budget and work with corporate to solve the problem. And my offer is serious. Just because I am basic doesn’t mean chipotle has to be.

For the folks who work near this Chipotle, take a late lunch(1pm) and skip the long line of parking and long line inside. Great food, great customer service.

It’s still far food and tastes like it: but if fast food is your thing and you like to feel good about the fantasy of a big production outlet sourcing food ethically I can see why people flock here thinking it’s an upgrade. I find their burritos tiresome: bowls are better, salads do the best at not masking what you’re eating. The Barbacoa was decent, in a mass produced neutral-flavored average sort of way. Size of the salad was what your dietician would approve as a good portion. Overall, meh, not for me. And how on earth did they get a city permit with this pathetic parking lot? You can’t walk here from anywhere.

UPDATE: I really wish that I could give no stars! I just received a call from the Store Manager; I am thinking that she is calling to apologize; no not even. She called to say that I walked out without paying for food. She just accused me of stealing. Seriously, $ 45.00 is not hardly a cheap lunch however, its definitely not worth stealing! She argue with me saying I have your receipt right here with me. I advised her that I have my receipt as well showing that I paid. Ridiculous!!! Check your cashier before you come for me. On the line with their Corporate Offices right now. Please be warned if you deal with them and online orders to not only check your food before you leave, but to make sure that they mark you as PAID. Or else you will end up with an incomplete order and accused of being a thief! Original Post: 7÷2÷2015 We order from this location quite a bit and each time it just gets worst and worst. Any time we do an order online something goes wrong or we have to wait extremely long. Today, will be our company last time ordering from this location. They have messed orders up in the past and we have overlooked, however today, they went exceeded just messing up an order, they missed an order item all together. After spending 15 minutes to get parking, waiting another 20 minutes in the store for an online order; the young lady on the phone offered for me to come back there and they would comp the missing lunch order. I am not sure what reality they are operating in, when someone comes in on their lunch hour key words LUNCHHOUR. This location service is just unacceptable. I am not quite sure what they could do to fix it issue, other than what she offered. However, that is just not enough. Therefore, I will be taking my business to another chipotle location.

I love chipotle and would normally give a location 5 stars but the employees at this location are generally slow, distracted, and don’t really seem to care about the customer. Sometime I will be in there 10 minutes with only 5 people ahead of me. Also, although I can walk to this location from my place now, I do know that the parking situation is terrible here.

Always a fan of Chipotle. It’s the perfect quick lunch/dinner spot and it’s delicious. The employees were super friendly and gave wonderful portions.(This is a hit or miss at Chipotle.) My only complaint about this particular Chipotle is the parking situation. I had to park a block away in a neighborhood. Overall, it’s in a convenient area of town and wonderful service. Always great food :)

I stopped her for lunch a few days ago(I’m a chipotle addict) and it was pretty busy. The line was kind of long when I got there but it moved very quickly. I also love that the staff was very friendly and the woman who started my order was very sweet even though she was so busy. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because they have very minimal parking. I’m moving a block from her though so I’m sure I will be visiting this location frequently.

I love chipotle, the burritos are good and fresh here. Usually I get beans and rice and some chicken and cheese and sour cream in my burrito. It ends up tasting fantastic. However, this location gives small portions of meat and other fixings. That is a problem.

this chipotle is not operated like the rest!!! the staff can be horribly unfriendly and way too quiet WE cannot understand you and no one else can either-speak up it is very loud and inefficient as ever. Then, the hundred burrito catering order that they use the same line for for building fantastic burritos comes along and screws it up completely. Other Chipotles have a separate burrito line for catering;this location needs to use it(management issue). The food is not the issue for the one star;however, now the mild salsa is half water instead of pico. To top it ALL off though: the last time and the last time i was there they made me wait for the chicken… but that wasn’t it… then he charged me double chicken and ignored that there was an issue in general !!! and I did not ask for it! then the cashier nonchalantly rung me up for double chicken!!! like really? lol and yes that was me that slammed the door open on my way out. thanks! but NO thanks! NEXT!

Almost a month now and this location is still out of Carnitas, due to a «delivery issue» despite all of the surrounding Chipotles having Carnitas just fine. I’ve been driving down the freeway to the other location that doesnt run out of things like a bowl(seriously, how do you run out of bowls!?) and always has carnitas — and the best thing is their parking doesnt suck.

This chipotle DOES have a bad parking situation, but everyone calm down. This issue goes with the territory of opening on Lemon Avenue. Plus, the staff is always nice and even pile on the cheese and corn for burrito bowls. Is the parking lot small? Yes. So is Peter Dinklage and look how awesome he is.

There’s usually not much of a point in reviewing such a well known chain restaurant like Chipotle, but it is worth mentioning that the parking situation at this particular location is rough. The lot is fairly small and the fight for parking can get pretty vicious during peak times. That said, this location’s staff is certainly very friendly, and the food is your standard Chipotle fare. For those of you who have somehow managed to avoid eating at Chipotle(or Freebirds or Qdoba) up until this very point in time, it’s basically like a Subway for burritos. Only their ingredients are all super tasty and made on the spot in their open kitchen. If you’re looking to get in and get out, this Chipotle is certainly passable, but it can be difficult to snag parking.

Guys. Chipotle. I mean, it almost doesn’t need a review. But I’ll review this particular location. First of all, I come here fairly regularly and the service is always excellent. The employees actually seem happy to be there and are always in good moods. They are superb at getting through a long line quickly. This particular location is small, but that doesn’t seem to matter much to anyone, as there are always people there. No matter – Chipotle to go is just as good as Chipotle to stay. Chipotle, I love you. I just wish you didn’t charge so much extra for your guacamole. But it’s okay, I forgive you.

I’ve been to the Chipotle in the West End and Lakewood, and both far exceed this one. To begin with, the parking lot is very small for a restaurant this size. If you go during peak dining times, it’s like playing bumper cars waiting and fighting for a space. I ordered a Chipotle bowl with chicken to-go. It was mainly filler(lots of rice and beans) and not much chicken. When I asked for hot sauce, I was told it was in the dining room. I was hoping they at least would have given me some packets since it was a to-go order. I did see hot sauce, but the few bottles were on tables being used. So I left without hot sauce. Given what I got and the price I paid, and the lousy parking situation, I won’t be coming back to this Chipotle.

Pretty decent chipotle, the steak is always cooked through– which many don’t do. The staff is always friendly and pretty quick at getting you through the line. If I ask for extra cheese, they are also happy to oblige– huge plus, some locations are chintzy. The biggest negative, and the reason I gave a 4 out of 5(which I know can’t be helped) is this is the WORST parking lot I have been to in a long time. Never enough parking, and I’m always concerned that another car is gonna be hit me when I back out. Don’t even both attempting to get parking at lunch time, you might as well give up before you even try. I once even saw a cop half park on the curb and half on the pavement because she was so desperate. What does that say to you? Otherwise, great food and personnel!

What can I say? All-natural ingredients rolled up in a ginormous burrito! Yum and I am THUR! I have tried every protein here and my favorites are the barbacoa and the chicken. I have had the tacos, a salad bowl, and a regular bowl with white and brown rice and it is all addicting. The guacamole is fresh and rich, as are all of the sauces and salsas! You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. I love the restaurant and all that stainless steel décor. This particular location has a tiny parking lot and fills up fast, which can be annoying, and it’s right off a busy street, but I still come here when in the neighborhood. The staff are usually friendly and of course everything is quick to order and quick to get!

They blast the A/C waaay too high here, doesn’t matter what the temp is outside. *Brrr* So bring a sweater. I agree with Benjamin about the inconsistency: I love the chicken but occasionally find it a little burned/charred. And there’s noticeable difference between the buritto-wrapping skills of a newbie vs. veteran. Get the bowl: trade-off is the lack of tortilla, but they usually fill it up more.
