Concur with the other reviews. This place sucks…
KFC taste and quality has disintegrated to a new low. Biscuit was soggy and tasted like a sock. Mashed potatoes were like day old glue. The Nashville fried chicken was the standard old dry chicken with some sauce poured on top. Pissed I broke my diet for this trash. Will NEVER frequent this establishment again.

The service was great and the employee that took my order was very patient. He listened very closely and made sure he got my order completely correct.

This KFC sucks so bad! The food is standard, but the unprofessional staff makes this place be a 1 star. I went and noticed they charged my debit card twice. I had to file a complaint with my bank to get this resolved. I even had a receipt that showed a staff member issued a credit for their dumb mistake. I still had to get my bank involved.
Advice…if you go to this KFC, use cash. Don’t trust them with your bank card!

The WORST chicken
Tender s ever. Potato wedges were hard and all end pcs. This was 8:30 pm last night but i paid full price so i expect quality food. Even if they gave me half off this wouldn’t be a good meal.

Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave if he saw this place.
Dirty, slow, poor customer service, out of several items, like chicken wings, and no effort to make any until they are ordered, no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, I sure hope their hands are clean, the chicken that they do have that’s available for you to have is hard and dried out. What was I thinking, stupid stupid stupid me,

As a fast food joint, I think its current rating is a little unfair. I mean KFC markets itself as a fast food restaurant with greasy yet decent fried chicken. They aren’t known for quality service.
I used to dislike KFC because their chicken was so dry, but the chicken is actually tender and juicy. I usually just get the chicken tenders if my roommate and I are feeling lazy.
Chicken, chicken, chicken.

Theiir customer service has improved, had 4 visits and all have been great. I understand it may take time to get the food ready, thats ok, its the service that override the situation. Thank you, keep it up !

I had a pot pie from the KFC in Southlake and it was delicious. It had juicy, tender chicken and lots of gravy. It made me crave it a few days later, so I tried this KFC near my house. That was a mistake. My first bite, I realized I had a bone in my mouth. I looked inside and saw another bone. It was dry and not nearly enough gravy. There were huge chunks of chicken that I had to shred myself and even two huge pieces of skin. I won’t be going back to this location.

Exceptional Customer Service — Food was good, but the service Robin provided today on the drive through was outstanding. Very courteous, friendly and a wonderful smile. Keep up the good work Robin, you made a difference in my day.

I’ve only ever used the drive thru at this location, but I’ve been satisfied every time. I’ve been to KFC’s where the chicken was incredibly lackluster (soggy on the outside, dry on the inside), so I was relieved to find that the closest fried chicken joint near me had decent fried chicken.
If you were to compare it to Golden Chick, the tenders might not be amazing (which isn’t saying that much since Golden Chick has incredible tenders for a chain restaurant), but are still admirably delicious. Combo it with their BBQ sauce, hot sauce or even homemade Cane’s sauce (easily the best choice) for a delicious meal.
As far as service goes, there was one occasion where some jerk ordered all the drumsticks (and I mean all of them, fried, grilled, you name it he took every last one and left the rest of us in the line with nothing but wings and breasts) and took 15 solid minutes to do it. In return, the next few of us got free meals. Decent place for fried chicken in my book.

This place is garbage! Filthy on the inside, trash can over flowing. The staff it’s really trying, I can tell. It’s not their fault, poor management. So sad.

I’m writing this review as I wait for my order. Yea, that’s how long it’s taking for me to get my order.
My first time here was about four years ago. I went through the drive-​thru and thought I would never leave. The longest wait of my life for what I believed to be fast food… made worse by the fact that I really had to use the bathroom and couldn’t leave because I was sandwiched between the numerous cars in line with me.
My second time, I decided to be wiser and order from inside. Upon walking inside, I noticed only one person ahead of me in line and was immediately assured I had made the right decision. But it apparently doesn’t matter where you order from. Cuz even once you give your order, you’re gonna wait forever for your food. The only good thing about this place was the friendly person at the counter, who’s the only reason I’m giving this KFC two stars as opposed to one.
Running out of food also seems to be a regular thing here. A customer before me waited eons for his order, only to be told they had run out of the crispy chicken he ordered. And I was just now told they didn’t have the corn on the cob I’ve been waiting forever for.
Thank goodness for Unilocal.What else would I do while spending my evening waiting for food at this glamorous joint?
(By the way, my order finally arrived after a 20-​minute wait. They didn’t make the substitution I requested, but I was just glad to get the hell out of there).

This place really sucks… I am so sick and tired of the lip and attitude from the flunkies working here. They refused to honor my coupon, they mess up my order and ignore me… How does this place stay in business. Cant be all the homeless people attacking me for money for booze. I am NEVER going back to this dump. No one else should either!

I waited for almost 10 minutes just to drive up to the menu to order, after speaking to two rude employees when placing my order, I was told to drive up, waited at least two minutes before anyone came to the window with my drinks. The employee took my payment, I waited almost 5 minutes after that. She came to the window and asked me to pull up to the parking lot and that she will bring out my order. 5 minutes had past and I decided to go into the building to make sure they did not forget about my order. I stood at the counter until someone noticed me and I asked about my order. When I guess the girl I talked to got the manager she came out and was very rude to me saying how its gonna be two minutes. Meanwhile, a friend of the employees came up to get speedy service of a free bucket of chicken. I waited for at least 5 more minutes until I got my order shoved into a bag and handed to me. No napkins, utensils, or an apology for the wait. I wanted to get out of there because I was on my lunch break which had already been wasted for the past 25 minutes (They never warned me of how long the wait was) — When I got back to my workplace I noticed that I was charged for 10 pc «bites» but they gave me a 6pc, even in the box labeled 6 pieces. Completely dissatisfied and I warn all of my coworkers to never go there for this absolutely rude and horrible service. This place should be shut down for good.

Customer service was great and all but they messed up my order. The food here is really good. I think if your craving fast food fried chicken this is the place to go. The store is in a nice area.

I was too lazy to drive a few minutes further south on Lemmon to Popeye’s so I made the mistake of coming here. I wanted fried chicken and they were open. First, KFC prices have always been higher than Churches and Popeye’s but geeeez, almost $ 20 for an 8-​piece meal? Whatever, I got over it. After receiving my food I ask for some ketchup/​hot sauce. Sorry sir, we’re out. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Aren’t you a fried chicken place? Frustrated and hungry I take my food and leave. When I get home, there are no napkins in the bag. NO NAPKINS for greasy fried chicken you eat with your HANDS. Colonel Sanders would not approve. Lame, never coming back again.

Not good, KFC! I know this is fast food, but even this was a bad experience! They were out of juice completely (nothing but tea or pop for my kiddos) and they were using plates that they got from the dollar store. Not to mention, it was 100 degrees outside and the air was broken! It was miserable to eat in there. There were homeless people hanging out everywhere. Not a pleasant experience!

You whack ass mofos. After tossing my wings in sauce, PLEASE don’t use those hands to pack the box and close it. Or at least take due diligence in closing the box. The box was COVERED in sauce.
And I won’t like that. Cause you know… then I’ll unknowningly be covered in sauce, from my head to my toes. Cause you didn’t know beforehand that I love to rub my body with the box, did you?
Please have consideration for that.
Plus they used too much sauce on the wings. Plus the wait was pretty long in the drive thru (3 cars, the car behind me hopped out of line).

Yes, I do realize that writing a review for KFC makes me truly pathetic… but I must give a shout out for their new grilled chicken. (If it’s fried you want, hit Babe’s)
This is an extremely busy time of year for me so I go to work early and come home late… and it is too dang hot to cook!!! So I was contemplating a drive-​by my friendly neighborhood Eatzi’s when I spied the KFC grilled chicken banner, and thought, what the heck — it’s cheap, fast, and I am tired.
I was quite pleasantly surprised when I got home at how tasty this stuff is! Crispy golden skin, seasoned nicely, juicy and not over-​cooked and dry… and not horrid for the diet once the skin is removed (though the coleslaw and potatoes can’t exactly be called waist-​line friendly, but they do hit the spot for nostalgia).
