Wendy’s

Worst drive through of any Wendy’s! I give more order, long pause, and then have to repeat it while be interrupted with questions. This happens every time.

Ordered a number 6 with cheese. Took a bite into my chicken sandwich and this is the thinnest chicken fillet I have ever eaten it pretty comparable to the $.99 crispy chicken sandwich which is what I thought they accidentally gave me even for a $ 8 meal I feel ripped off. But I can say the food were reasonably freshly cooked

Great. Just great. I found this Wendy’s spectacular. I’m one who appreciates a good salted potato… AND BOY DID I GET WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s but this one has got to be the worse one that I’ve ever been. SLOW, Slow, slow! They weren’t even that busy is what I didn’t get. They need to remodel this joint, get more help and improve customer service. If not, I don’t think it will last much longer.

This Wendy’s looks like it has no doors to enter in through. And when I was I line to order the cashier was not there. Another person was In front of me and the cashier took forever to give her here change back. this place is so slow.

I’ve been to this location twice now. The first time they had trouble with me doing 2 separate orders when I got to the window to get my food the lady was just like «here ya go bye have a good day» and I said «actually I had 2 orders» she hands it to me and said «okay bye». The second time I went the lady at the first window says «let them know that you had 2 separate orders bc they’re having trouble up at the front» (this really shouldn’t be that hard). He hands me the first one and I told him that I had 2 orders. So he says «okay but just one drink right?» And I said no I had 2 drinks. So he hands it to me. I ordered the 2 of the same thing, the 10 piece chicken nugget meals. I asked for ranch in one of the bags and bbq and sweet and sour in the other. Not only did they just give me one regular chicken nugget and one spicy (which I HATE) but they got the sauces wrong too. My orders could not have been more simple but they still seemed to screw up. I’m done with this location.

Rarely Unilocal about anything nor frequent «fast food» but this staff is so on point I felt quite inclined to say something. I’ve never seen a QSR operate so efficiently and friendly at the same time. The staff at this location moves like a well oiled machine. Props to the management and team.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s location a few times in desperation. Nothing strikes me as particularly fancy, and it’s a pretty average Wendy’s. Like McDonald’s they also have two drive-​thru lanes to accommodate more cars, and they’re usually pretty fast about it.
There was an instance once where they did something funky with my credit card (and I ended up getting a text from Chase bank), but it wasn’t anything malicious. Order accuracy has usually been on point, and as far as fast food goes you could do a lot worse than Wendy’s.
Highly average overall.

First off, no one has high expectations for a fast food restaurant. So for me to write a negative review, you know something was extremely poor.
I swung through this particular location late on a Sunday night because I literally just wanted a small frosty. That’s it. Nothing else. The drive thru line was a mile long and didn’t seem to be moving. So I had a brilliant idea to just park and go inside because I figured it must be quicker in there. That was a bad idea.
Once inside I walked straight up to the register where I proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes with no cashier even slightly interested in taking my order. 3 associates were doing things back in the kitchen and made eye contact with me, and no one even as much as said «sorry sir, we’ll be right with you.» A girl even finally walked over to just simply take some cash out of the register and didn’t even bother to acknowledge that I was clearly standing there to place an order.
Finally, a dude who looked stoned out of his mind walked over and said «sorry what would you like???» Incredulously I just said.“Good Lord man, all I want is a small frosty…“
I’m not convinced whether the drive thru would’ve been faster but the staff was totally disinterested, unapologetic, and pathetic when it came to basic customer service. I would only come back to this Wendy’s if I had literally exhausted all other nearby options.
At least the frosty tasted good.

Wendy’s and I go way back. It’s always been one of my favorite fast food chains, and I’ve eaten at a lot of them. I have to say that this location is one of the worst I’ve ever patronized.
I’ve eaten there three times. My order has been incorrect every time. Once, I took my food back inside to show that what was on the receipt didn’t match what was in the bag. I got a shrug and a «well, there’s nothing wrong with the food, is there?» and that was it.
Other times the quality of the food had been so poor, I couldn’t eat it. A chicken asiago sandwich I ordered was beyond nasty-​tasting.
Other Wendy’s locations turn out decent food, get orders correct, and give good customer service. Until this one gets with the program, I’ll such to their other stores — and I recommend that you do, too.

This is the worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. Literally 7 out of 9 times (Sunday night, nothing else close is open late) they have botched my order. I will not leave the drive thru window until I have checked my order every time. It is fairly quick, but that’s because they apparently do not pay attention to what was actually ordered.

I go to this Wendy’s because its near my apartment. They recently remodeled which is nice, but they still can screw up your order in the drive thru. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scary people that go here and sometimes the homeless hit me up for money. The food is OK and its great for a quick late night meal. Dont care for the wifi, but its great they have it.

This is my drunk ass Wendy’s. I have had cabs take me through the drive thru and order my food in broken English for me. Sure I have slurred a few words and probably came home with the wrong thing, but who cares? It’s all to soak up Loon/​Gingerman/​Quarter or whatever place it was that served me those rotten but lovely adult beverages.
When I come here sober, which is a rarity (I mean going to Wendy’s NOT the other way around), they almost always get the order right — which is a HECK of a lot better than the Mickey D’s down the street.
Inside is not all that clean and is out dated, but does offer free wifi, which is a perk in my book!

Honestly, I don’t really expect a lot from a fast food joint — seriously! I expect generally cleanliness, employees who are at least not rude, and for them to get my order correct. I’ve never had issues ordering inside at this Wendy’s, but ³⁄₅ times I’ve gone through the drive-​thru they’ve messed up my order. Every time the combo goes «I’d like a number 10», «Number 10?» «Yes.» Then when I check my bag (usually down the road, doh) It’s something completely random! Once, I figured it was an honest mistake, twice I had already written this place off… the third time was out of hunger and desperation. Next time I’m hungry and in need of a quick bite, you can bet I won’t be stopping at this Wendy’s.

I love Wendy’s but this location is anything but wow.
Everything is pretty decent and the girls here really try
to get everyone in and out. I like that because i go
during lunch so brownie points for that but holy hell
the mushroom swiss looks like a dog chewed it and
spit it out.
EW. parking is alright. pretty clean. food eh.
