The employees are very friendly. I enjoy coming to this location to relax sometimes and grab some coffee. The store is neat and organized. Books are very pricey. Austin and Barrett at the café are very friendly and provide great customer services.

Very nice bookstore. Clean, well organized and no pushy sales people.

I was quite surprised they did not have any couches or soft seating at the store– only some wooden chairs for the Starbucks. When I finally found the travel guide I liked, I noticed it was 25% off on their website and half off on other sites. I was quite surprised to learn they do not price match considering most stores do theses days. Seems like they are just pushing customers to order online.

I know the bookstore is a dying breed, but I’ll always have a soft spot for B&N. Even if their nook is crap and their layout is a bit too crazy, I love a good community B&N with a nicely staffed starbucks inside and lots of tables filled with the«$ 10 and under stocking stuffer» gifts. I love the little children’s area with a stage that sometimes hosts shows for the kiddies while they wait for mommy and daddy to finish shopping. I love the selection of cookbooks that they always have! This particular B&N is a bit hectic and seems to be a bit all over the place, but the people are very sweet. The shopping area that it’s in is also very pleasant, and I think I’ll enjoy perusing the aisles here on more than one occasion :)
