I was having trouble replacing my daughter’s Nook HD charger. The website was out. I called the location near me and although the seller contacted all locations for me she was very curt when telling me all DFW locations were out and no one knew when and if they would get more. I stated it would be unfortunate to have to get my child a new device just because her cable went out. She said she knew and hung up. My mother contacted this location and Mike House offered to give my daughter his old cable that still worked as he no n longer needed it since he upgraded to the Samsung Nook. That’s going above and beyond and meant so much to my daughter and to me.
