Great atmosphere, very lively and upbeat. Our server /bar tender Korey and the night manager Renee were very amazing and attentive! Good food with great friends. Will definitely be coming back!

This location is the best one I been too. Went here a few times and I must say the food and drinks are much better at this location. The staff is good as well. This location is clean as well. I like going to places that is not overly crowded. I recommend coming here after 9 the apps are half off and they have happy hour drinks. Overall I will come to this location again

We have been to this location before and it had been ok at best, so we decided to give it another go. BIGMISTAKE. We ordered from the 2 for $ 20 menu and everything went smoothly to begin with. Then when we got our main course we realized that one of the steaks had been overcooked(we asked for it rare). We brought this to the attention of the waitress and she took the food to be replaced. It took another 20 minutes for the food to reappear and by that time we were ready to leave, so we asked for it to go and the check. When the check arrived we realized we had been charged for an extra appetizer AND an extra steak. We sorted this out eventually but we left annoyed and sure to never go back again. Plus it gave me gas.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Applebee’s but this past visit has put me off. We ordered from the 2 for $ 20 menu. I asked for the 7 oz. steak cooked rare. When the steak was delivered it was looked to cooked well done, the server was kind and took it to be replaced with a rare one. 20 minutes later still no replacement food and my husband had already finished his meal. I ended up eating his side of coleslaw for my meal. The managers were attentive to the issue and had my food packaged to go. When we got home the steak ended up being exactly the same as the one I had sent back. I understand Applebee’s isn’t known for its steaks but this was disappointing. I ended up not finishing my meal, wasting $ 12. If you do decided to eat here stick with the basics, chicken fingers or salad.

Two good things about this place: The soft, absorbent paper napkins and the PBR drafts for a buck. We got sucked in by the recent TV commercials that show some beautiful sandwiches. They are not… but they ARE expensive! $ 10 for a lame«American Cheeseburger»(with a strange aftertaste) and a handful of potato chips.

Bad service. Only 4 couples were in there eating and took over 4 minutes to get a refill on my tea. Then when I asked another waitress for some tea our waitress turned it into a racial thing. What’s up with that.

Where do I start??? This place sucked major ass! Corey was the waiter and he totally sucks. If I was homeless and I needed a meal I would rather die then come here. It was the worst experience in my life. This place is run like the democrat party. I hate Hillary Clinton but if it was to come back here or her as president, I would chose option C and that’s killing myself.

Worst service possible!!! I hate that I chose this as my birthday spot, Corey was the absolute worst waiter I’ve ever had! We never got a refill, asking for silverware was a chore. Just a horrible birthday meal, all thanks to Corey’s horrible service and people skills

You don’t go there for the food, you go for the atmosphere. Great time, terrible food. They put a special seasoning on everything. The special seasoning tastes like ass. I’m pretty sure the seasoning is actually named ass butter.

Sadly the best thing we had were their sweet potato fries. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp, and when it finally arrived it was lukewarm with hot potatoes. While the food was full of flavor, it was very disappointing. Both cutlery sets had dirty knives. The service was great, everyone was kind and attentive.

Got a coupon for free appetizer and want to try this out. Bad smell hit me when we entered the restaurant. We were seated and there was food on chair and the table was sticky. Ordered draft beer and a Bahamas Mama as drinks. The cocktail was very sugary and the beer was fine. Ordered wings and steak. Both dishes were very salty. Service was sloppy. Our waitress forgot to bring the water that we asked for and took her forever to bring us extra plates, which we had to ask another waiter to help us out. We also got charged extra for the cheese and bacon on the bake potato that comes with the steak, which I don’t mind but wish the waitress would have let us know when we ordered it. I over heard that there was issue with another table too. We won’t be back again.

Avoid this Applebee’s. The worst customer service at this location. Server walks out on her shift while the General Manager is flirting with girls at the bar. What seems to be the assistant manager does not even seem to know what he is doing. The General manager never even came by to any of the tables to apologize. I will not come back to this place. No wonder this restaurant always seems so dead. I will take my business to Cheddars.

This was by far the prime example of bad service & horrible management. Firstly, the server didn’t know anything, any question my party asked was answered with«yeah, sure that sounds about right» Second, the food came the first time warm and the second time it came entirely over sauced. Third, the server walks out and no one even becomes aware until my party goes to the BARTENDER and asks about the server. Lastly, the management was unacceptable. Not only was the GM flirting with two girls at the bar & never came by to apologize or anything, the«assistant» had no idea what he was doing either. It now is abundantly clear why this place is a ghost town consistently, I will definitely taking my business elsewhere.

It was a toss up between Chile’s and Applebee’s. Came here and regretted it! My pulled pork and fries came cold as it is and the guacamole I ordered with my meal got lost. The waiters seem less than enthused about the whole ordeal and brushed it off. They did get my two drafts right so that’s a plus.

Was in this area for a book signing at Half Price Books and wanted to grab dinner afterwards. We headed to Cici’s for some pizza but it’s apparently not there anymore! We saw Applebee’s and decided to eat there. It was just starting to rain and thunderstorm as we were walking in. It was fairly empty on a Tuesday around 8pm, although the bar was pretty happening for whatever reason! I liked that there were all glass sides to both sides of the building so we could watch the lightning during dinner. They do have Pepsi products here(gross) so I ordered a strawberry lemonade which is pictured in the menu as having strawberry slices inside, was mostly a lemonade light yellow color and looked handcrafted. I specifically asked if there were refills on the drink because oftentimes there’s not, and our server said yes. But then she brought me this sugary sweet all pink drink that looked like it came out of the fountain(see photos). When she came back, I pointed to the drink in the menu and asked if that’s what I got. She said no, and replaced my drink with the drink in the menu. It was good, and not too sweet. Later, I found out there were not refills on the drink I wanted, but our server mixed a bit of the strawberry lemonade with mostly regular lemonade, so it wouldn’t be as sweet. Apparently it’s the strawberry slices that you are not getting more of unless you pay! We ordered fried green beans as an appetizer and asked for ranch. They did not come with the lemon aioli they were also supposed to come with but at that point, I was grumpy and didn’t care. We did have to ask for more ranch because the first one was so miniscule it didn’t last for but 5 green beans. Several of the green beans were cold in the center, which told me they weren’t cooked long enough. I had been to a different Applebee’s within the last month or so, and they have changed their menu since then. It is much more streamlined(read, less options) so I was a little disappointed that what I planned to order was no longer on the menu. I decided on fish and chips but first asked if they had malt vinegar. Yes, but not in a bottle, only in little plastic condiment packets. Okay, fine, I give up. Let’s do it. I also specified no coleslaw, no tartar sauce(it’s a waste since I won’t eat it) and the server asked if I wanted extra fries. Sure, with ranch please. The fish and lots of fries came out after what seemed like a little too long for how busy they weren’t. There was tartar sauce but I set it aside. Our server cut open a bunch of packets of malt vinegar and put them into a little cup for me. That was nice. Fries were good but there were a lot of limp ones. Fish was good too, but left a weird aftertaste of how I would imagine bleach tastes in my mouth for several hours. I did not get sick though, so who knows. I do have to give special thanks to Joan, our server. Even though I was somewhat disagreeable, she remained polite and pleasant and tried to make my evening better. By the end of the meal, I was in a much better mood, thanks to her.

Okay, came here with a group of friends. We got seated pretty quick which is cool. A friend of mine had gotten a cedar lime chicken and it was cold in the center. I received a 2nd long island and that had a insect drowning in it. I wanted to be lake drake and save it and give it CPR but my lips too big. Our waiter took very good care of us however by replacing it. It was just our food and drinks. Would be better if I had gotten a discount on my tab so this deserve 2 stars.

Got to love this place. Its a bang for the buck in a cool little spot in Dallas. After you have done a few todo’s in this area, this a great little place to just drop in! They have redone the menu. Actually everything looks great! Service is a little slow here. There was only one waitress working while we were here, which was strange for a saturday afternoon. But once food came out, it was plated perfectly and tasted fresh! If your in the area, great place to drop in!

This place is so hit or miss. The staff here needs Help. If I order an appetizer I don’t want it with my food that I ordered 15 minutes after. And all of it comes 45 mins later and cold. Save your money eat elsewhere.

The bar service is great and the food is to expectations. 5-stars because of that because I know if i go there you get at good experience and the food you like. Great place for a late night bite after Mavs game or bar hopping. The bar is sports oriented with many televisions so you never skip a moment during game time. Beers are cheap but not craft. Cocktails are sweet but strong, and they have jello shots for a buck. Pretty good place for a cheap buzz and a satisfying meal.

I always order the three cheese chicken penne. It is my favorite Applebee’s entrée. The two for twenty is the best bang for your buck. The pub style pretzels with cheese sauce is really good. The service here is awful. I was shocked to hear the manager arguing with a customer who had a valid complaint. I won’t support a restaurant who allows that kind of behavior from a manager.
