Lenetra is just rude. As we approached her she was talking to her co-worker and doesn’t stop talking. And I think I’ll never go back!!! The shoe was never used and she accused me of having them used. And said she won’t be able to exchange. I asked if I could swap it because it’s bit too tight, she refused. I don’t understand what would I do with a small shoe?

Went in tonight and found the perfect pair of boots in my size. Better yet, I found them on the clearance table clearly marked with a $ 45 sticker. At checkout, though, they were ringing up for $ 75. The cashier checked and confirmed that they were clearance, that they belonged on the table, and that the boots were in their correct box — in other words confirming that I was right in assuming that they were $ 45. She «couldn’t honor the price without manager approval» though. Of course, the manager wasn’t in store and didn’t answer his phone when called. I left my number and asked for an update when the manager called back. No call, an hour later, I went in store to find that the manager had called back. Thanks for that update that was promised. Even better, the manager says no. All the effort, only up find out that this store won’t own up to their own mistakes. Walked out or the store empty handed and highly annoyed. Good job, $ 30 cost your store a customer.

First visit to this place and I’m so excited! The staff is so friendly, store is clean and shoe selection is awesome (so many choices). Best thing is you can find shoes for the whole family (men, women, boys and girls). You can find anything for your feet (socks and slippers included). Prices are great too!
Here’s a little something I discovered and have to share… if you like a shoe and they don’t have your size, no problem… They will order your size and ship it to you for free! If it arrives, but doesn’t fit, no problem… you can return it to any store at no charge.
I’ve now bought shoes for the whole family and even had to make an exchange (no issues). Really pleased with my experience at this store!
