We honestly can’t say how happy we were with the service. An outstanding gentleman and a true professional. Our jewelry has been pretty beaten up over the last decade of every day wear (missing stone, tarnished, bent, etc.) and it was time to try to make our rings look respectable again. We were BLOWN away. They look as perfect as the day they were purchased. If you’re anywhere near the area and need a place to go for jewelry or have some repair work/​cleaning done… this is the place to go!!!

Such a life savor! The chain broke from the clasp of my brand new necklace.
I panicked but found Quick Fix jewelry on Unilocal and it was luckily right around the corner from my work.
He said it was no problem and he fixed it while I waited. It took less than 5 minutes and was such a fair price!
He gave me advice on the chain and let me know it was very delicate and if it broke again then to consider a new chain for the pendant.

Just wanted to say that I am pleased to have given this family owned business a try after reading some of the other reviews on Unilocal. I went to Jay with a delicate diamond band that was cut off my finger in the ER. I took it to him in 3 pieces. He handled both the ring and myself with great care (I was a little emotional about the condition of the ring). He assured me that he would make it look better than new and even offered to repair the ring in front of me while I waited. The ring was not a cheap fix because of the detail on the band, but I definitely felt the price was fair especially since it was done in about an hour and I didn’t have to leave it over night or have it sent out. It fits perfectly and Jay has earned my loyalty.

What a gem! I was looking for a place that didn’t have to send my diamond ring out. Quick Fix completely repaired all the prongs on my engagement ring while I waited. I was even invited to the back to watch the repairs being done if I wanted to. Ring looks like new, even better. Such a friendly and knowledgeable couple run this shop and we enjoyed some great conversation while the repairs were being done. Would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely come here again for jewelry cleaning and if I ever need anything else repaired. Great experience, very satisfied.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at quick fix jewelry. Went in for two fixes, sizing a watch and fix a broken necklace. I thought I would have to drop off and come back for it later but no the owner did everything right there on the spot. Everything done right and professional. The machines he uses are far superior to others in the area. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I went to Quick Fix to get a repair on a necklace. The price was Unbelievably inexpensive, and it felt as though i only waited 2 minutes. Its really is a quick fix. He handled my jewlery with the finest care. Customer service was the best, along with a friendly environment. He has a lot of knowledge on jewlery and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their jewlery.
