Yea this wingstop has so many bad reviews. Its true the manager doesnt really train the employees which is prolly why everyone waits forever. I have lots of bad things to say about this wingstop. Dont waste you time. I hope they close it soon and put some other food place soon!

I often have to wait 15 – 30 minutes beyond the time I was told my order would be ready. BUT today was beyond ridiculous. Order online, like I always do, arrive on time indicated my order will be ready, only to be told that not only did my order not print out but they are out of tenders & carrot sticks. Really? Beyond pissed and I really did not even get an apology or an offer of something to fix their issues.

Ok. I get it. It’s Superbowl Sunday and lots of people want wings but c’mon! We called at 3:20,they told us our order would be ready at 5:45. My husband got there a little before and waited ANHOUR for our little order. Then got it home and we got bone-in instead of boneless wings like we ordered! I understand they’re busy today but just be honest about what time we can pick up and try to get our order right! You know you’re gonna be swamped today so bring in extra help! Bad management is evident here. We will NOT be back! Get your act together!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE. We wait for 35 minutes for our order and watched 4 or 5 people that came in after us and ordered take out get their orders before we did. Each time I asked for a status on our order I was told 2 minutes, just waiting on fries. Also stood there with another girl who order right after I did and they did the same thing to her. When I asked to talk to a manager a teenage girl came up and you could tell she didn’t give a shout crap about the incredibly poor service. She said she would talk to the staff about it. Talking to them isn’t going to change my experience or the fact that the manager didn’t care what had happened. Needless to say we will NOT return here. We will give our business to Wings and Rings… At least they have good food and awesome customer service.

The two previous times I ordered online, I assumed it took so long because it was dinner time. I placed my order at 2:25pm today, arrived at 2:50, and still sitting here at 3:10pm. The restaurant is empty, they’ve only received one other order. Also, when I walked in, my order ticket was face down on the counter instead of up top where orders usually go and they were all just doing«busy work» as if they had nothing to do. Definitely my last time coming here. They’re literally 3 minutes away from us but I’d rather drive elsewhere. Staff all seems bothered that I’m here and it’s been that way each time before. Management needs to pull their team together. Owners need to pay attention before everyone gets tired of the poor service and long wait times.

I used to come here quite a bit, never a problem. But my last 6 – 8 months worth of visits have been absolutely terrible. First, i ask for my wings LIGHTLY sauced… they are always drenched. Second, they are usually luke warm at best when i bite into them(this is when i dine in, not take out). Lastly, my wings look dry, as though they were re-fried or maybe just sat out and maybe got microwaved? This will be the last time i visit this location, ive always defended it against the weber location but this was the last straw. It seems as though a bunch of teenagers run the show so theres no point in trying to send the food back. They need a manager in here asap!

The line at this location is always super long so I put in an online order thinking that might speed up the process. When I arrived at the exact time my order was supposed to be ready, everyone was really confused about how to handle the online order. The manager(at least that’s who she appeared to be) said that on their end the order was waiting for confirmation. After I showed her my confirmation email she said it wouldn’t be too long. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. So 50 minutes from the time I ordered online until the time I walked out with my food.

Went here again because I had a craving. I walked in and the place was pretty empty considering it was 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. It’s normally packed and I wouldn’t even bother. Anyway, the lady in front of me was placing an order for the second time because they never received the one she placed online(hmmm that’s sounds familiar). When she’s done I step up and place my order. 8 wings combo. $ 19 minutes. I wanted to have a beer while I waited(Sunday fun day why not?!!) but they were out of dos xx. So I figured I’d run to a nearby gas station down the road and grab a 6 pack for when I got home with my food. Ok, that was a success. 30 minutes later I go inside to see that the woman who ordered before me is still waiting. I felt a sense of relief/concern. The restaurant is now packed. Several people waiting on food. I look around and see dine-in guests that were no where in sight when I ordered finishing up their food and leaving. Long story short, at the 50 minute mark I’m pissed and head to the counter. My food still wasn’t ready. I waited another 5 or so minutes before my name was called. Fast forward to me getting home. I open my container and these wings were fried to death. Literally as hard as if not close to a rock. The meat was petrified. I ate 4 of the 8 and gave up. Seriously thinking about putting a call in to the owner. My experiences here are consistently shitty and it’s ridiculous. I do not advise anyone to visit this location. Ughhhh

I have to say by far my absolute worst trip to Wingstop ever(and I’ve been to several)! For one when we arrived, the tables were dirty like they hadn’t been wiped down properly and the bathrooms were disgusting with wet floors, the place really needed to be mopped. We Ended up waiting 45+ minutes, when we asked where our food was the manager(who I hadn’t seen the 45 minute + entire wait) said because the cashier didn’t enter our order they had never begun making it. We complained and within 5 minutes we had gotten our food for free. Basically if you want Wingstop go to the other Wingstop in town because this place SUCKED. The manager clearly doesn’t watch the employees or train them how to do their job correctly or this mistake would’ve never happened and we wouldn’t have waited so long before they noticed their mistake. I will never go to this dirty, slow, place again! DONTWASTEYOURMONEYORTIMEHERE.

Terrible service along with the wrong order. The cashier asked me if I wanted traditional or boneless, I ordered boneless and when it was wrong she argued with me that it’s my fault because I didn’t specify.(Which I did at least twice) I think they cook the fries then wait for the wings because I’ve never had warm fries from them. I was told 17 minutes and it was at least 30.

2 stars a bit of a stretch. Called in a phone order at 8:40 P.M. was told 20 minutes for pickup. By the time I showed up and waited in line for about 10 minutes because they only had one register running for dine in AND pickups it had been 20 minutes since I ordered, I asked the cashier how much longer and explained what I was told, she then states 2 more minutes, which turned in to an additional 15 which to her credit was still nice when I mentioned my frustration. Poor time management and front end support…1star=for friendliness-1 star=food taste.

The worst wings I have ever had! I went with hobby there. We ordered BBQ wings and garlic with parmesan wings also the buffalo boneless wings. ALLOFTHEMWERENASTY! The cheesy fries were so cold! The one star only for the not bad service even we had to wait 45 mins to get our food.

Well ordered some last night and I was enjoying them until I totally took a bite on a hair !!! This is the only Wing Stop in town I will go to. It’s close to where I live and I’ve always had good service when I eat here. Whether I order online or go inside to the counter, there is always a wait. I don’t mind since I know my food is being cooked fresh and not sitting under a heated lamp. I will say that once this place gets busy, the staff is usually stuck behind the counter, so trash from previous diner’s meals will just sit on the tables since there are no trash cans to dump your own trash. But other than that, great food!

Decent wings and fries killed by a high school ran staff. The CEO of Wingstop should really come in here and check this place out on any given day. The times I have gone has been a nightmare of customer service. The people don’t even look up at you, they deal with a long line every time of customers deciding what they want while the other 5 members just wait and look around dumbfounded. There is no proper management in place at this location for the last 5 years, I’m sure they get by on the numbers alone just because people will put up with crappy service to get some fast service.

Great service at this location, very friendly and very fast. Ordered on the phone and we received everything exactly as we expected. The other reviews on Unilocal might scare people away from this location, however it appears that all of those problems have been fixed. Thanks for great wings!!!

Called 3 different times and all three times was out on hold and got hung up on! I thought their service has changed but dead wrong. I will never go to this store… They need a several classes phone etiquette… to bad their bosses never see this stuff!!!

The most rude and disrespectful waitress ever. The wings and fries are great! But a majority of someone’s experience eating out, is based on customer service. And this place definitely needs better employees. And I waited over an hour for one small order of wings and fries. :/

Dam. The slowest service ever. No management to be seen. 25 minutes plus For a couple of dam wings. There only cooking a few items. Try wings and more. Still waiting for wings.
