I’m giving this a 5 star, but I will say that they messed up on our order by omitting ice cream on one of our sno cones and putting freezer burned ice cream on another. When I called to tell them, they said that we would have a credit for two sno cones w/​ice cream on our next visit. Well when we went, they only credited us the ice cream and not the sno cone itself. The «manager» was insistent on this, which I felt was poor managing on her part. I believe that in order to keep a good reputation of the business, they should have honored the free sno cones with the ice cream. I’ve been going there for about 40 years and had never had a problem when Mr. And Mrs. Hernandez were there, but with the new management, it’s become a greedy business and not one to make customers happy.
