Service is the problem here. The food is actually decent, IF, and I repeat IF you actually get what you order. The last time we placed a take out order, it took a solid 5 – 10 minutes to get the moron on the other end of the line to understand what we were asking for. Fairly simple order, a dozen Sweet BBQ, Dozen Buffalo, etc. When we did finally pickup the order, they had overcharged to the tune of $ 20, which was finally corrected by an semi intelligent individual, with no apology BTW, and 1 dozen of the wings were of an unrequested flavor, which by that time, it wasn’t worth my time to stick around and get it fixed.
There’s a lot of potential here, but unfortunately the staff are largely incompetent. In summary, good food, if you get what you ordered and you have the patience to navigate through the simpletons running the place.

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because I actually like the food, it’s such a shame… I’ve been here a few times now and something is seriously wrong with management and wait staff here. I had problems with my server all 3 times; from bringing out food and never coming back again until it’s time to pick up the bill, to bringing a «basket of fries» that has less fries than a medium fries at any fast food joint, to not using a promotional coupon as stated and claiming the computer automatically does it, and the manager apologizes but there’s nothing that can be done. All of his leads me to believe that the manager is more concerned with profit than the customers, which is oxymoronic!

my boyfriend and i come here pretty regularly, we’re typically very happy but this time was different… our appetizer came out at the same time as our wings and instead of being a full size, it was half. our second round of drinks took over 20 minutes. (we were one of three tables) when we spoke to the manager, she was unapologetic and unprofessional.

Service was real slow but they were trying hard. The place looked nice and full with only two staff members on the floor. The food was not that great spinach and artichoke dip was dry and hard. Ordered grilled wings spicy. Was not very pleased. Will try again i see a lot of potential ! Good luck

The buffalo wings were awesome. Tried the cilantro lime boneless wings and they were very unique and tasty. My wife doesn’t care for wings and she really liked the lime wings. Can’t wait to go back!

Good service. ½ full on a Saturday.
Great garlic aioli Parmesan fries, but poor execution on the wings. Fatty, with minimum crisp; those wings needed to cook longer, perhaps a few minutes longer. Not raw, however.
Sauces are interesting, but with a poor wing, it doesn’t matter.
Carrots sticks were merely shredded carrots. Little odd for a wing place to not have carrot sticks. Blue cheese dressing was a little too reminiscent of ranch, indistinguishable.
Inexpensive, but probably won’t be back. In a crowded buffalo wing market, Buffalo Wings & Rings is gonna need a little more heat to stand out. I’ll stick to takeout at Wing Stop for my Southside wing fix.

Very, very, very, very poor service. 4 waiters were milling around watching the game on TV. The bartender was nice enough to leave the bar and come over and help us when he noticed we had been there 20 minutes and no one helped us. We still never got a waiter. We paid for everything at the bar even though we were at a table. Wings were good but service and cleanliness was not even close.

This place is pretty awful. The beers are overpriced, the food is mediocre, and the atmosphere is terrible for a sports bar. Behind the bar they have 4 TVs, yet they have a tendency to keep them tuned to the same channel. I asked them to specifically change ONE of them to a different game, which ended up taking about 30 minutes. They did eventually tune to that game, but they only left it there for about five minutes before tuning it back to the previous channel without mentioning it to me. It was a relatively obscure game, but i’m sure the other ten people in the bar area didn’t really care that game was taking up a single TV. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all unless you’re stuck in this neighborhood late at night, and there really isn’t anything open.

We came last Sunday and we are back again. Our waitress Jenny was AWESOME the food was Great. Today was different. Nat is a good waiter buy the food is served totally different. Liked Sunday better but will be back. Needs consistency.

Very good food especially the wings, too bad the service is poor, seems to be more like social hour between staff then working. Watching employees text instead of cleaning tables. We would come more often if it wasn’t runned so poorly.

Ordered cheeseburger to go. Order was missing the lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. A piece of the top bun was missing. No condiments were provided. Fries were greasy and cold. Called the manager on duty, all I got was «I’m sorry.»
I will not be back again.

I haven’t been here in a while because the last few times I have been there was not a pleasant experience. The service we had was nothing short of outstanding (I think her name was Jamie).
My burger was really good and my husband’s wings or cooked and flavored appropriately.
I am not a fan of the cheese fries with the garlic aïoli. I didn’t seem to be anything fancy about them. They were just french fries sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
All in all a good experience.

First time here, prompt greeting. Was seated quickly and got drinks immediately. Appetizer was delivered quickly and the food was excellent. The place is a lot larger inside than it appears from the outside. Our waiter was Stephen and he was attentive and polite.

The wings were delicious, as were the onion rings. Our waitress seemed to be very busy since there were only a few servers on staff. It must have been a slow day because an off the clock kitchen member was talking to the other workers in the back… Very loudly and using profanity. However, despite that we enjoyed ourselves and will be back

Unfortunately the personnel have caused this spot to decline beyond return effort. First few times had great service and good food. Within the last two months went in twice and received horrible food with less than stellar service. Re-​purposed chicken fingers on a buffalo salad that’s at under warming light for at least half an hour while a bartender, discussed her personal life and then another instance of cold fries with a burger. Neither got any attention of those that served. Poorly managed, unfortunately.
