Do not go here! Terrible place! They are not interested in customers, just money! After trying my new glasses prescription and not liking it, they said I had to pay for a new exam, even though I just wanted the old prescription that I already had from last year written down again. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place,

I had been in need for new glasses along with an eye exam. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I was seen by Dr. Brown who was kind and a true professional at her craft. Their selection of glasses were nice as well. They represent the name of the company well. I felt like family who was cared for at Family Eye Care.

I felt more like a customer than a patient. People were polite, but I had to wait awhile before being seen. And they seemed like they just wanted my money. For example, when I got my Rx, I had to pay $ 35 to be fitted for a brand of contacts I already wore. They seemed hesitant to give me my prescription, I think hoping if order directly through them.

The doctors and staff were great and would’ve given five stars… However, I had to wait quite a while to be seen even with an appointment. I was given some contacts that did not fit well and it was fairly easy to swap out and was seen relatively quickly for the follow up visit so that was nice.

I never really entertained the idea of getting lasik before one of my girl friends had it done here and RAVED about it.
After talking to the doctor and the staff I realized how knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns they were.
I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you guys!!!
