Fast food on a plate. Like Chuck E Cheese sans rat.

This place is great! Tasty food and low prices. When you are in a hurry, the drive thru is second to none. The flour tortillas, rice, and beans taste authentic. The rest of the menu items are really good. I think this is a good place to bring the kids because the atmosphere is loud and busy. We do Takeout from here at least once a month.

good quality fast food. But it’s just that, fast food. The tortillas are there specialty to be sure to grab a few of those to dip into some queso!!!

It tastes like fast food to me — even fast food shouldn’t taste like fat food. I have had better. I did enjoy the sopapillas

Love love their chicken wnchilada plate with sour cream sauce. Always tastes amazing and never disappointing! Comes with mexican rice and they have a sauce bar with unlimited pico di gallo my favorite! And other salsas. The plate with 3 enchiladas only $ 6.99!

Food is great but customer service needs improvement. It seems that they are over staffed at the registers /only two registers but four people there? And they stand there like robots — they don’t greet you they just stare and wait for you to approach them. They need to improve on their customer service both at the register and where you pick up your food. Like I said food is wonderful but service definitely needs some improvement

I used to think Rosas was good but I think my palette have gotten sophisticated. Rosas is no longer delicious to me. I used to get steak fajitas or the steak fajita nachos. I have stopped going because once I found a brunette long hair in my nachos. I didn’t see it so I took a bite of it and felt it in my mouth. It was disgusting. It was mixed in with the beans. That itself get Rosas two stars. It was so nasty. I will never look at Rosas the same way again.

So I came here for the 1st and only time. I got the steak fajita Nachos and my gf got the chicken fajita nachos. The chips were stale and store bought. The cheese tasted like is was bought at Costco and stored in a can. They didn’t even put enough of the cheap crap cheese on the cheap crap chips. For 2 orders of nachos and 1 drink it was $ 20. Really? Ridiculous! The people giving this place good ratings must be moles or high. I mean I wish I was high, I would have probably liked the nachos. Hell when I’m high I think Ritz crackers are top teir fine dinning. Don’t go here… Go to Taco Bueno instead, trust me. Or if your in the north west Plano area check out El Queso. That’s where its at.

Hello tasty Tex Mex goodness. I have to tell you I was a total skeptic of Rosa’s for a long time. I mean… how could this place really stand out in the sea of tacos and enchiladas we have in the area? So I had to try it for myself. I ordered the combo nachos to go and got a side of guac. Yes, I know that guacamole is extra. But it wasn’t too bad price wise! Just under a buck and they gave me just enough… not way too much like most places do. Portions are just right, the food at this location is made fresh, and I loved the beans and the meat. The queso was not the best I’ve ever had but I can give ‘em a pass on that. It gets the job done. I also hear they have good flour tortillas but typically I like to do the corn so I’ll skip on that. But definitely come here and get your nacho fix! There’s lots of seats to dine inside, as well as on the patio and there’s even a drive thru. Score!

Don’t really have much to say about this place… it was ok. Kinda reminded me of Taco Cabana but nothing really remarkable although the fajita meat is better here. Everything is what you would expect from a mediocre tex-mex restaurant. The décor was nice…“that’s all I’ve got to say about that”. «Jeff T.‘s» review(check it out below) explains the experience at this restaurant well and I totally agree with him.

I think most people drive through but the sit down atmosphere is pretty cool. Tamales are good, rest of food has room for improvement.

First time to Rosas. I guess I had high expectations because it looks like a casual dining restaurant from the outside. Upon entering I was hit with a first impression that made me think cheese ball quick serve taco bell. Sure enough, despite the«tortilla factory» sign, the real flatware, and the tile top tables, and the real plates, the experience was all cheese ball quick serve taco bell. My first impression was right. It just goes to show, you really can’t polish a turd. I gave them two stars only because the employees were nice, and because they«delivered» food.

Definitely a fast food type of restaurant. Very similar to Taco Cabana. But I would say that the food a grade better than Taco Cabana. I had a three crispy taco dinner with water for under $ 10.

I used to love this place– fast and decent. However, the order was usually wrong after going through the drive through(which I’ve come to just expect). But, to finish it off for me… I found a very large portion of something that appeared to be a thumb nail ¾ the way into my rice. Yuck. I had this object in my mouth and upon spitting it out gagged to the point that I will never go back… to any location, ever.

A great place for a quick tex-mex meal. Tortillas are made fresh in the restaurant and there is plenty of seating both for groups or families. When full this restaurant can get quite loud. Food though tastes great and the salsa bar rocks.

Wow, this looked like a chain Mexican restaurant from the road and we had wanted to try it for a while. When we walked in and looked at the menu and ordering area, I was immediately thinking this was some kind of fancy taco bell. The only problem was, once we ate our food, I dropped the fancy and replaced it with«cheap knock-off» We ordered a variety of food for the three of us and the only thing I can say is that this restaurant is all atmosphere and low quality food. I really do believe that chains like taco bell and taco cabana serve higher quality products than this place. I would not return because I just believe that this is their model and I would expect much of the same.

Very tasty fast tex-mex spot. Couldn’t make up my mind if I liked the beef or chicken tacos better. The tortillas are just fantastic… can’t put my finger on what they do differently. The fact that they’re so fresh and made literally right in front of your yes I’m sure helps. Also love the toppings bar with it’s great selection of salsas, jalapenos, pico, and fresh cilantro! Yum.

Went there on taco Tuesday we were all excited to eat dinner there. Let’s see it started at ordering food my daughter placed her order for her and the kids. She only got one order of the three she order, so she get back in line order food again order still not right. I order for me and my son three specials and only got one. I go over to let lady making plates know I only got one of the three we order she was looking at the ticket and manger was very rude acting like she didn’t have time to help customers. Food ok service really bad.

3rd time here at Rosas in Lewisville and not impressed. Normally we order out but today we decided to eat in. Presentation is 5 stars. The food however to me is poor quality. Chicken was dry and looks old. Queso was dark yellow and tasted sour. The nachos were good except for the the chicken that was dry. The chicken enchiladas with sour cream tasted horrible. Only thing I finished was the beef taco. $ 30 was definitely wasted. They will have to do better to earn my business.
