I don’t feel the love here anymore :(I had a pretty bad experience via a phone order & hashed it & gave another chance… not much has changed w/the employees… still lacks customer service. Eg: on the phone texting, makes me wait then sets down the phone to help me. Now with a price increase it’s not as tantalizing anymore.(It’s the same guy that gets my goat… He’s rude probably the Guy Cliff is ranting about… In fact I was most likely the lady he was being rude to. Sorry I gave you like 5 chances… I just can’t do this anymore Best of luck to your future, thanks for our happy moments we had in the past

It was good, friendly, speedy service. Could be a better environment in the dining area, some music or something! I took my food to go and ate in the car at work!

I wrote the following to the owners of the business after my experience on Tuesday, 11÷13÷12 — — — — — — — — — — Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I couldn’t find a feedback link on your main page, so I apologize for the direct contact. My wife has been raving about your restaurant for some time. Yesterday I had a day off, so I decided to meet her for lunch and jumped at the opportunity to try you out. I have to say that the food was excellent, but I will not be going back. The reason was the gentleman behind the counter. I did not get a name, as he was not wearing a badge, but he was wearing a black shirt with your logo, and was there at lunch yesterday. While we were eating I listened to him be rude and argue with a lady that had come to pick up a to go order. I did not think much of this at first. Then I went to get a to go container for our food. He pointed to some small boxes. When I indicated that I needed a larger one(you have huge portions, after all) he said that was all he had. I was quite amazed, as he was quite literally standing in front of a giant pile of cardboard boxes, folded and ready to go. This gave me a bad taste in my mouth, but I took two of the small boxes and went back to my table. After that, another customer came to the counter, and he was rude to that customer as well. I had been planning to get a catering menu, and to suggest to my admin assistant that we should offer your company as an option when we do big meetings. But after watching that man work, I changed my mind. The lesson I would like to impart here is this. Regardless of how your customer looks(I was dressed casually for my day off) it pays to be polite, as you never know where your next big order is coming from. Sincerely, Cliff

Fresh, good food. Excellent customer service. I got the small quesadilla combo w/chicken, mushroom, jalapeño, & sour cream sauce on the side; it is HUGE and I loved every bite of melty goodness. My 3 year old fell asleep in the car just as we arrived. So I called and asked if I could order and if they would bring it to me right out front. The guy’s attitude was nothing but happy to serve. Quick, casual, family friendly, & flavorful!

WOW! After a number of recommendations from friends, we finally tried Quesa-D-Ya’s this weekend and now wish we hadn’t waited so long to give them a try!!! We have 2 little boys that are picky eaters so anytime we find a place that serves healthy food in a fun and/or appealing way, it’s worth it’s weight in gold. We give this place 2 enthusiastic thumbs up for fantastic food and offering delivery!!! If you haven’t tried their quesadillas, loaded with your choice of fresh ingredients, then you’re definitely missing out!!! YUM!!!

I was intrigued by the place since it’s different than most delivery places in the area. I decided to grab it for lunch on Friday. I ordered the small bruschetta d-ya and it was okay. The mozzarella didn’t have much flavor to it and I really didn’t much of a reminder of bruschetta. They provided salsa with it but I think it would have gone better had there been a balsamic vinegar dipping sauce instead of what is intended for a true quesadilla.

Walked in and then walked out. There were only 6 tiny tables, all full and no atmosphere. I suppose I could have stood there waiting for a table with everyone staring at me, but chose not to.

We’ve been to the Greenville store once and the Coppell location a couple of times(neither delivers to my neighborhood, and it’s worth the drive for takeout) and have been pleased with both the food and the service. The Coppell store is especially nice for dine in or take out. Bright, clean, roomy and obviously designed to be family– and community-friendly. We didn’t call ahead in Coppell, but the wait wasn’t any longer than we thought reasonable for fresh food made to order. We’ve tried several of their d’ya offerings and have enjoyed them all. Even the smallest is more than a meal for me, but they reheat well and are arguably even better on day two. We even bought a couple and froze them for a night when we had a craving but didn’t want to make the drive, with great success. Our neighborhood takeout and delivery places are either run-of-the-mill and boring, too expensive, or just unpredictable, so Quesa-D-Ya’s is the place we treat ourselves to when we need something different, fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to see a franchise open in our area.
