No CO2 one day, outside speaker broke 3 days plus, went before 8 pm & they waved us on. Yes, we’re just here for a week for TAS FIELD SCHOOL, but the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to. Been traveling the USA all our lives & we’re seniors. The best part, the employees were always nice & apologetic.

Even considering the fact that this town was busy on a saturday night where it is usually dead the service was prompt, the guy serving the food was polite… I have been to some Sonic locations with terrible service for no reason, this one was just fine with me

Ive been to the Columbus Sonic 2 times now recently and both times were BAD experinces! First time waiter when it to wipe my credit card and I didn’t realize till I got my bank statement that he had ran a different, my expensive order with my card! Then the next time, I went to get a cup of regular coffee, in the drive threw, and they lady charged me for a Large Coffee, I even told her I wanted a regular once I got to the window, again, that I wanted a regular and she said THIS IS. Never again! This SONIC IS POOR MANAGED AND MANY PEOPLE THAT I WORK WITH SAY THE EXACT SAME THING! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE!

I hate to give two stars. Especially when their grilled cheese was so yummy. And i love that Sonic has grilled cheese kids meals.
But you lose 2 stars for not having ice cream. First we ordered a chocolate malt. They said no. So we tried chocolate shake. Again they said no. And then try said nothing with ice cream.
At least they had slushies.
And minus another star for being cash only. The machine is there below the order-​menu/​window/​speaker-​thingy, but a piece of paper taped up says ‘Cash only’.

Waited over 5 minutes in a car hop spot with no service. Jumped in the drive through line and was able to order and get on my way. Meh sums it up.

Nothing special, but it was great that we found this joint. My mother and I really wanted to grab some slushies during Happy Hour. They have Cherry Limeade, now!
