I got carry out food, and it was excellent as always. My boyfriend and I come to BJ’s at Polaris frequently because we always receive excellent service along with great food. We love the atmosphere as well. Prior to getting carry out food at BJ’s a couple days ago, I went to another restaurant to get carry out food and not only got rude service while I was waiting for my food, but got home and my order wasn’t even right. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was on hold for 12 minutes. This kind of service is incredibly off-putting and rude. This is why I should’ve just ordered from BJ’s to begin with. I ordered my food online, with the super easy to use BJ’s app. I was greeted immediately upon walking up to the carry out window, and got excellent service as always! Lesson learned! Thank you all for always being so wonderful!

LOVETHISLOCATION! Never fails my friends, family, or myself. Went today after picking my mom from airport after a long 7 hour flight. Busy Saturday afternoon. The service was friendly, and relaxed in midst of busy atmosphere. Food came out timely and hot. For a chain, there is very good variety of food. my only critique is that if you go hangry, looking through a 15+ page menu doesn’t help.

This place is extravagant looking and all but the food is mediocre at best and over priced. They have some good beers though and a nice staff. Not a bad place to kick back and have a few appitizers or something if you’re passing through.

I love bjs! I’ve never had s bad experience here. The food is great, service is good and so are the drinks. This location gets very busy and there is usually a wait if you get here around 6:30 or later. The only downfall is that they only offer their happy hour in the bar area(which is pretty small & fills up quick considering how busy they get). They do have a good happy hour special, half off mini deep dish pizzas, $ 2 off appetizers & drafts. Oh yeah and the pazookies are delicious!

BJ’s has a standard restaurant-chain menu, but their food is actually really good compared to other chains. The best entrée is probably the jambalaya(huge chunks of chicken and shrimp over tasty rice, and it’s really not that spicy). However, if you are going to BJ’s you have got to have a pizookie. It’s like a requirement. It’s the perfect dessert combination of warm cookie and ice cream. The beers are all good. Really can’t go wrong with any. Not much else to say. Good food for the price, good/decent service, and good beer.

I ordered curbside from here last night and i was very pleased with my order. My balsamic grilled chicken was on point. I only wish I had asked for more balsamic dressing. I also ordered the smorez pizzooki… I am not a fan however I do love the chocolate chip pizzooki… I also order a cherry Pepsi to be made and they did a great job. I will be back!

Love his place! I’m a rewards member and already have received roughly $ 30 in the last 6 months worth of coupons and from redeeming my points! There is an app I can keep track of my rewards and the call ahead seating on the app was amazing! I couldn’t call out because of my kids in the car and to be able to «call» ahead on an app was extremely helpful! Especially when we noticed how busy it was when we showed up. Not just that but all the food is delicious! I have ordered so many variety of dishes there and it’s been great — my fav is the fish tacos! Service has always been top notch too! This is by far my favorite place to take business clients or girlfriends for a night out! :) prices are right on point too! Love this place!!!

The drinks and food are mostly what you expect from a place like this. You come here for the pizooki. I’ve recently moved to New York and I still crave BJ’s pizooki. A delicious, soft cookie in a skillet with ice cream and toppings like caramel or fudge(depending on which you get) that just works so well you’re craving it for days after having it. Drop by for a pizooki!

welcome to BJs! big, lots of room, great for a large party(we had 8 in ours), good service. just OK food. the menu is HUGE! i love lots of choices. however, it was kind of a weird collaboration of food. seemed like a lot of ‘thinner’ options if you are dieting… anyway, we ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, and a pulled pork sandwich. the cole slaw was dry. basically just cabbage… the pulled pork was just meh. would not order again. the parmesan chicken… same. just meh. small amount of sauce on it(isn’t the sauce the best part?) a few pieces of broccoli… someone in our party ordered the pizza and they compared it to pizza hut(sorry pizza hut) but one would think it might have been a weeee bit better here?! burgers were good. wedge fries… what can i say? is it possible to mess those up?! our server was great~very attentive, quick and friendly. i would not go back again. i just thought it was alright. prices. fair. i think i expected the food to be better… my belly was full but not content, if that makes sense! :)

Even though the pork chops on the online menu mom was hanker n for weren’t there, we stayed for dinner. I’m so glad we did. Mom got the dolphin and it was really good. I got the kale and spinach salad with blackened salmon and it was really good. I might have given them 5 stars but the house brewed porter was pretty sad. Tasted liked something I might have brewed in a bucket in my kitchen. Maybe it was just a bad batch but they do call themselves a brewhouse. One would expect to get a really good beer in a place like this and maybe semi-good food but tonight it was the other way around. The food was so good I’ll be back and next time try another flavor of beer.

Ugh I just don’t get it. I have tried more than once to give BJ’s a chance but it’s just not good. Every time it seems to be really busy and I have no idea why. The food is so boring but at the same time over priced. I leave feeling like I paid a lot for something I didn’t enjoy. For some reason the service at this location specifically is bad too. The last time our server just clearly didn’t care. Oh well plenty of much better choices.

Way more than beer. Try the Barbacoa Chicken. Everything on the menu is great and the service is excellent

Lunch special is great priced. Personal pizza that comes with salad or soup is $ 7. I definitely recommend the wedge salad. I am not usually one for bleu cheese but wow, Their dressing was amazing! Had the personal pizza this time, very deep dish and fluffy. I am pretty plain so just got cheese. It comes with diced tomatoes on top as well. I’m not usually one for diced tomatoes but it made the taste even better! I am becoming a fan of this joint, very yummy!

I hadn’t been to BJ’s in a while. True confession has been that it has not been one of my favorite restaurants, especially since so many other dining options are available in the Polaris area. My most recent visit has me taking a second look at BJ’s. It was quite a pleasant experience. Co-workers went to celebrate another birthday luncheon. Service was spot-on today. Drinks kept filled. Folks received what they ordered. Our server was personable, attentive and responsive. There menu did not seem to be as expansive as in the past. If you are looking for their lunch menu, flip to the back. I ordered the lunch sized barbeque chicken chopped salad. It was topped with fried onion rings as an added touch. The salad was quite tasty and a reasonable lunch size. I will likely be back again to BJ’s.

This is another chain that has found a home at Polaris. Famous for their deep dish pizzas and beer options, BJ’s does have good food and a family atmosphere. Consistent with most of my experience in chains though, the service isn’t the greatest. I think that every time I’ve been here, someone has brought out the wrong food, our food was taken to the wrong table, or it took us forever to order. Tiny service issues like this are what prevents me from recommending this place to larger groups. For a small group though(especially if you have kids) this place can be fun and the food is perfect. I will also include that the prices are fairly low, and they always say you get what you pay for, so I can’t be too angry about the sub par service. Also, shout out to BJ’s for doing a great job with their gluten free options: my parents love the gluten free pizzas and the gluten free pizza cookies!

I do enjoy a BJs now and then. My partner and I often end up here after a trip to Polaris — this or cantina over the street. It is a huge menu. Huge. On this occasion, we had a bowl of loaded fries(pulled pork, cheese, onion, cilantro) served in a deep dish. They were great. Not too much of anything — just the right amount of everything. Drinks wise I had a pomegranate margarita, with my girlfriend having a spiked Arnold Palmer — it’s a great lemon /tea /vodka combo. Margarita was frozen — it separates pretty quick but still delicious. They’re great at beer. They have their own brewery — so they have a standard blonde, brunette and a few pales. It’s a nice balanced full bar. I enjoyed the pizza here last time, but I went for the half rack of ribs. My partner had the fish tacos — she likes them from here so it’s a regular. With the ribs you get chance to choose two sides, I had the horseradish mash and broccoli. The broccoli was perfectly cooked, and the mash just the right amount of cream. (With the main meal, I switched to a beer called a Nit Wit, it’s a whit beer — really tasty). The ribs were coated with rub and BBQ sauce, a little more sauce would be nice, but they were tasty. Service was great. Friendly and prompt. Never pushy. As always. I’ll be back, as I have been before. Always a nice experience. I’ve not been to any of the other locations but I believe it’s a small chain.

Brought out the wrong steak which they knew as it was delivered to me, so then had to wait while the rest of the table ate theirs. The manager apologized, offered the wrong steak in the meanwhile. It was a steak that I really did not want. They were gracious enough to take the 2nd steak off of my bill(?). I had ordered a Makers Mark Old fashioned, and I received a drink with club soda, ice, 2 cherries and an orange. We had to take it up to the bar for an exchange. My niece ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and instead received a Margherita pizza. No discounts for 3 mistakes, wait time for corrections and having to correct our own drink. Just sorry and no we won’t double charge you. Fail at BJ’s.

Been twice in the last 6 months and both times I was pleased! Personally I think the menu is obnoxiously big, but at least I had some good vegetarian options. I actually liked what I got the first time so much that I ordered the same thing when I went back! However, the mixed drinks are good but expensive. So I had the Kale and Brussels sprout salad, sounds intense but SOGOOD. The second time I went the presentation was really lacking, it came out looking like they had stuffed it into a cup and plopped it on the plate. This made it look like barely any food and I wanted to complain until I moved it around with my fork and it looked much more appetizing! Along with that I ordered the fried artichoke hearts for an appetizer. I don’t think this will even be my first choice, but if someone else invites me along I know I can find something I like.

If I could’ve given 3.5 stars I would have. We went on a Saturday night so it was a bit of a wait and barely any seating. The hostesses weren’t the friendliest but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt it was busy. The ambiance was very nice and we enjoyed our booth. Wanda, our waitress, was very nice and knowledgeable. Service was a tad slow but again, it was busy. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

My original review of BJ’s was written well over a year ago and I thought it was time to write an update. I’d also like to give a big THANKS to BJ’s for their offer of a free meal to veterans on Veteran’s Day. Thanks from all the veterans out there. I’ve always been a big fan of the pizza at BJ’s and only recently starting sampling other parts of their menu. On my most recent visit I discovered that I’ve been missing out on some really good burgers. Their«black and blue» burger was exceptional — it’s a burger with chipotle, bleu cheese crumbles, Applewood smoked bacon, roasted garlic aoili and tomatoes — exceptionally good. Service is always excellent, their«brews» are great, their pizza is great and now I know their burgers are great too.
