Chicken Salad Chick

I visited your restaurant last Thursday the 23^rd. I brought Zaxby’s for my son, while I had a sandwich and side. Everything was well, until my 5 year old son decided he needed to go to the bathroom. He would not go to your facilities, since he has a fear it will flush on its on, so I had to take him to my car where I have a potty. I told the manager Tami I would be back. When I got back, my table had been cleared. I told the ladies at the front. Everyone was so nice. They replaced my food, an also made my son a sandwich. Once I told the manager Tami, she felt so bad, she gave him an extra cookie and gave me a certificate for another sandwich. My son, Nolan, also had made a” throwing star” out of cardboard that day at camp, which Joci was so nice to dig through the trash and find for him. To top it all off, Tami came back with a gift certificate to Zaxby’s for Nolan to have lunch. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do to help us that day and to make us feel appreciated! I will never forget how sweet Joci and Tami were that day to my son and me. Thank you for having such awesome employees! I don’t think I would have got this kind of service anywhere else. My son, Nolan, is still talking about Tami’s dogs she showed him on her phone

I have been to the Columbia location a few times and have always been 100% happy. The original chicken salad is so tasty. I’ve had the pasta salad & grape salad as sides. The grape salad is interesting… but I was surprised at how good it was.
The staff has always been very nice and the décor inside is absolutely cute!

Who knew you could make chicken salad so many ways! A delightful little restaurant serving a variety of chicken salads with everything from nuts to fruits to spicy. Also using a variety of breads to slather the salad on. Soups also on the menu. Cute interior design, and I would recommend it to anyone for a fresh take on my favorite salad!

We had their signature chicken salad sandwich with the two sides… which we enjoyed. The food was not greasy, in which it didn’t make you feel like you just ate a ton of grease! Have not tried their other selections yet… the décor was quaint, and they also have outside dining as well. Patty who is the district manager came over to check on us. I absolutely love this place! The original chick combo with Sassy Scotty chicken salad and grape salad is my favorite lunch. Good value, clean place, friendly staff.

Good food, nothing fancy. Simple sandwich place. Kids meals are $ 5.95 for pb&j sandwich.

Can’t select 0 stars. Over $ 10 for the most basic chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had. The cashier cut me off while I was asking a question. Definitely not for me.

Skip the French fries and pink slime patties… Next time you are in a rush or need something quick and healthier than the Golden Arches please give this place a try! Their chicken salad is AMAZING! They also make a DAMN good chocolate chip and give you the option to substitute a side with a fruit or pasta salad. So mad at myself for not trying them out sooner! For $ 7 I got a sandwich, chips, a pickle, and a cookie… hold the guilt.

Went back for the 3^rd or 4^th time and yet again loved it. I brought a coworker with me and he enjoyed his food and service as well. I wish there was another location in downtown or Forest Acres so I could eat chicken salad chick more frequently.

Good food, good service… but sadly got food poisoning. Dhec said probably from fruit and veggies. Would not eat here again.

The décor was nice. The staff was friendly. The food… Didn’t taste all that bad. Unfortunately everyone in my (sizable) dining party came down with food poisoning shortly after visiting. Frowny face.

Eh. I had high expectations based on the ratings. Unfortunately the sandwich I had (which I was told was one of their top 3 sellers) had the consistency of chicken and mayo in a blender and lacked much flavor. I’ve had many chicken salad recipes that are much much better. The restaurant was nice and clean though, and the staff was friendly.

Outstanding service. The food was really good. My husband and I loved the out food choices. The décor is so cute love the pictures of the local land marks. Good Food Brings people together and nourishes the soul!

Simply fantastic! First timer… I would take a picture, but I loved it so fast there’s nothing left to see. I had the Old South, Fancy Nancy, and grape salad (extra yum!)… ALL OF IT WAS SIMPLY FANTASTIC! Well done chick!

Yummy in my Tummy. :) Who doesn’t love a good chicken salad? You come in order and they give you a number and bring the meal to you. Reminds me of a McAlister’s Deli. Cashier was really personable and offered samples. Cool because there are so many choices from tradtional with relish to nutty/​fruity and even pimento cheese. Will have to try next time. Prices are reasonable. Place is bright, neat and clean. Will be back to explore other flavors and sides.

This is my second time here in two days. The perfect quick lunch spot. The have like 20 different kinds of chicken salad. It’s pretty much all they do, but they do it so well. If you like chicken salad definitely give this place a chance. The jazzy Julie has just the right amount of kick and is so good. Yesterday I had the kickin Kay Lynn — also really good. Whenever I travel in South Carolina and I’m looking for a quick place to eat I will definitely think of Chicken Salad Chick. If you like chicken salad, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is great! My. Wife and I have tried a couple of their chicken salads and they are all good. I love the grape salad. It is definitely a girly place but I really like the food

I went here for the first time today. The outside seating was cute and quaint. The young lady at the register was quite helpful when I informed her that this was my first visit. She recommended the Sassy Scott chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. The chicken salad was creamy and simple yet quite tasty! I will definitely order it again. The broccoli salad blew me away! I tolerate broccoli, but I’m totally not a fan. However, their broccoli salad has me rethinking my past sentiments about broccoli. I am in love! Great customer service, delicious food, nice atmosphere, affordable prices… what more could you ask for?!

Hard to sum up how fantastic this place is… Something different, something great, something delicious, something cheap, something healthy, something quick… All of the above apply here and you can count on service with a smile too. Just a fantastic place. Do yourself a favor and give it a try sometime. They give free samples too! Go. Now.
