Ordered a sandwich and asked what kind of bread it came on. Was told tomato basil, which sounded good. When it came out, it was on sourdough. I told the food prep worker at the counter that I was told it came on tomato basil, and he said no, they told you wrong. He was vocally irritated at the guy that told me that. I then had to ask to have it changed. He did it, but not happily. Strike one. The floor throughout the place was filthy, with food all over, and this was after the lunch rush when they had plenty of time to clean it. Srike two. Food is overpriced for what you get. Strike three. The only reason I give it two stars is that the food was actually pretty good. Won’t return.

I come to this Panera on a weekly(ish) basis and have never been disappointed. The employees are always courteous, even friendly, and have never gotten my order wrong. Service is fast — although I have admittedly never been here during rush hour — and the healthy options always make it worth coming back for another visit. Not a fan of the soba bowl, I stick more to the salads, soups, and sandwiches. Can’t go wrong there.

This particular store is exasperating. On Sunday mornings, there is never Enough help. They are usually understaffed and normally out of some items. Evidently management doesn’t care about customers or customer service. It’s been like this for at least a year. Hello Panera corporate. Are you listening?

Friendliest Panera I’ve been to. Food is as good as any other but the Management and Employees add a special something to the experience at this location.

A lot of nicer healthy options here. I thought this was along the lines of a Starbucks as far as the cult-like following but I actually enjoyed my salad and I’d probably come back if I needed a change from my usual dinner options. You order and receive a buzzer so you can take a seat until your order is ready. It’s nice to have fruit options instead of just carbs as sides.

Came in here for the first time thinking it was one of those Japanese bread stores! Wrong. it was more of a café where you could get pastries/soup/smoothies. I ordered the soba bowl and it was horrible lol the grilled cheese with bacon was great! Overall this place is pretty clean and they got some tasty smoothies. I think i got the strawberry smoothie with ginseng!

Disgusting, cold food w/bad service! Last 2 visits were terrible, will not go back. Staff was slow, very confused and mixed up order with only ½ sandwich delivered even though whole one was paid for. Also cold, barely cooked panini(soggy) and charged for cookie they didn’t serve. Reported it online and did not get a reply for over 2weeks. They did offer a free meal in email but im not going to take it as last food so bad. 2nd visit was just to buy bread to go. Server TOTALLY confused, almost dazed, and took it took 3 tries just to get 2 loaves of bread with server then over charging my card and not even ringing up the correct items. Manager had to be called, then redo charges. Server then somehow got one loaf wedged in the slicer so bread came out squished up, they gave it to me anyway. Sad, as I used to like Panera’s food and eat there regularly but no more. Will go to Atlanta Bread for now and hope new Panera opening in my area soon is better.

My go to as far as sandwich shops in the area. I always get their Sierra turkey sandwich. It’s perfect! Sometimes I’ll do half and half and get one of their soups. I always like to mix it up, but haven’t been disappointed quality wise with it. I don’t really have high expectations for a place like Panera, which is probably why. On the other hand, I would not get their tomato bisque in a bread bowl again, because I did not get much soup, due the fact that they did not hollow out the bread enough. Oh well.

This is a pretty standard Panera Bread. Their food is fresh and their staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is quite clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

Well run, clean location. Takes longer than you think to get to from Rt. 26W. The autumn squash soup is fantastic. Complimentary cups for tap water is nice.

Decided to try the advertised turkey cranberry flatbread. It was tasty but contained only two quarter size pieces of turkey! Quite different from the four slices shown in the TV add. I also had the broccoli cheddar soup which was delicious.

Not able to provide a decent supply Of foods. Was there at 5 in the pm. Granted this is a late hour for a bakery but if they are open they should have options. No cinnamon roles, very few bagels, no sweet tea. Also the employees here didn’t have the same work ethic seen in other Panera locations. We wouldn’t return to this location.

Food is always ready really fast and tastes great! Lately I have been going to study here, and while it gets loud during busy times I am able to drown out the noise with my headphones. They also have a small meeting room which I have been to a baby shower in, seen meetings and study groups taking place in it. The just ask that the group spends $ 50 on food which can be individually or catering.

Panera is probably one of those places that is the same wherever you go. This particular location was OK. Restaurant was clean and not too busy during dinner. Prices was slightly higher than what I would normally pay. My bill came to $ 9.10 for a turkey sandwhich, side, and a small drink. Of the three locations in the Columbia area, this location does have a meeting room(not too big), but from the looks of signage, you must have a $ 50 catering order. Not sure if rules can be bent if people order individual meals that comes up to $ 50 — that could be a question for management.

There is not much difference from this Panera Bread and the South Florida Panera Bread location. I came here one chilly morning looking for some breakfast with a friend of mine. We order our food from the friendly staff and then took a seat. Our food did not take long to be prepared. Overall, the staff was friendly and the food came fast. Not much more you can ask for. Oh and the red velvet cake cookie was to die for. Do it. Don’t regret it.
