Its sad that we have been here a handful of times, bought a lot of things, sold quite a bit of items as well and have always been met with extremely good attitudes from the staff and made a lot of cash in return for our USED items. Recently we bought a bunch of summer items that were barely used, some were brand new, to sell and in return buy from the store. They had specifically requested summer items, so thats exactly what I brought. The gal reviewing items didn’t accept ANYTHINGWEBROUGHT, except for a few sandals that were brand new. My husband was perturbed because he felt all the things we brought in were awesome and that he just didn’t understand why she didn’t take them. In her exact words, «We don’t accept used items or vintage items. However, the sandals we really needed, so we are taking those.» He told me she said this with an extreme attitude and he was too bewildered by her statement to argue with her regarding purchasing of used items. Sure I understand the vintage thing, that’s fine, but to say they don’t buy used goods? Are you serious? Is this her first day??? Has she never shopped here or read the dang description of the store? And the attitude, why? Why try to make my husband feel stupid because you didn’t like the question being asked? I am just really disappointed and terribly confused by the entire situation. I would have spoken to a manager had I not been there with our toddler who was tired. I even bought over 70 $ from the store as I usually do, so I feel like being treated this way really stinks for you guys since we may not return. I really like this store, love the concept, typically always have a good experience. I have no idea what happened and would really appreciate if a manager is reading this, to perhaps talk with me. The items I brought were barely used. All clean. All the sets were put together. I bought only summer items… including 2 Gymboree swimming suits barely used, 1 brand new. Most of the items were top name brands like Gymboree. What gives?

the clothes are good quality at good prices. my only issue is that when they put things on sale they use a stamp that sometimes rubs onto the items and they write on the bottoms of the shoes with permanent marker(for pricing). Other than that I’ve only had positive experiences with them.
