Wendy’s

This place first off was horrible service to begin with. I think it was the manager who was throwing a temper tantrum at the employees in the back. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. The food wasn’t that impressive and was soggy on the bun. Not really coming back.

I have a story for everyone. I go into the Wendy’s on Fillmore in Colorado Springs (May 3, 2016 around 7:30p MST) to get a 4 for $ 4 meal, and Jordan, an associate, was very pleasing and great at service. He not only took care of the customers in the dining room at the time, he also kept asking if I was doing okay. At one point he ran out to a car to let them know they had the wrong item (s) and ensured they didn’t leave upset.
While this is commendable, what is most notable was that Jordan had aided a disabled lady out the door and down the ramp by struggling to hold both doors open at the same time. He then pushed this lady home in her wheel chair a few blocks up the street!!! Yes, his manager covered his register as he pushed the wheelchair bound lady up the street and to her nursing home!!! I took a few photos, from my awful phone, to capture evidence of this young man in action!

Had a nice coupon so I came here. The «Blue Pineapple Chiller was different and fruity. Jonathan said if I didn’t like it to bring it back and he’d make me something different.
This place is walking distance for me and the menu is more than just burgers. They seem to have great salads for fast food.

For reasons I don’t understand I stopped here for lunch. Had a baked potato with chilli and cheese. I didn’t know cheese meant a combination of cheese goo and cheese like substance. I’d rate it somewhere between men and bleh

I can’t give fast food more than 3 stars, period. It is what it is. I’ll say that the regular staff at this restaurant are very nice, patient and accommodating to our children.

We have the same Wendy’s salads all over town, twice a week, depending upon meeting schedules. But THIS Wendy’s on Fillmore… by far makes the most beautiful and tasty Wendy’s salads. We were so impressed, we even took pictures to show other Wendy’s locations what a proper salad looks like! As the president of a corporation, I can truly say that all 3 of the salads we received that day looked better than some of those at some pretty pricey places where I have traveled… and it’s a fast food joint… go figure. The Staff were all very clean, so friendly and helpful, and the facility looked like it was a brand new place. Kudos to all of you and we WILL be back. That’s a promise.
