Out of 5 stars I would give them a 15 if I could! My wife died suddenly in October 2014 and I was completely lost. The staff at Cappadona Funeral Home stepped up and arranged everything for myself and my family. We were all so impressed with everything that they did for us in honoring my wife. They showed so much caring and compassion at a time when we really needed it and we can’t thank them enough!

went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with the burial of my family member (when I live out of state). Very kind and giving staff. I was able to ask them for help with an unexpected issue and they quickly and thoroughly stepped up to help. I highly recommend this funeral home.

My 20-​year-​old brother died in Colorado Springs while the rest of our family was in Virginia. They could not have been more helpful and patient in answering all of our questions, taking multiple phone calls from us early in the morning at late at night. They did a wonderful job with making him look as best as possible under the circumstances.

I am not from Co Springs, and when my dad passed there, I felt lost. I started on Unilocal,looking for a place I could trust during this unexpected, hard time. Cappadona was the only place with 5 stars, so I started there. Bobby was very nice, gave me straight forward information, and made me feel comfortable. After I spoke with him, he recommended I call around and checking into other places, too. I did– and they were all salespeople. Bobby was the only person I spoke with at the six places I called who felt real, and like he wasn’t trying to sell me. They have been welcoming and respectful during this process. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I spent alot of time dealing with this family run funeral home, while setting up my father’s memorial service. They we very personable and friendly in helping my family through this difficult time. They did a beautiful job in displaying memories of my father for us. Also they worked closely with us on the details and design of the cards to be handed out to guests.
