Hands down the absolute best sandwich I ever had!!! Super fresh and great flavor. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend the hummus pita!

Awesome food. Awesome staff! Love coming here. They fixed their drive thru speaker so now it’s fast and convenient to stop by after work. Plus you can grab a bottle of wine and fill up for gas while you’re there! Perfect one stop shop.

Delivery? Don’t think about it. First time was an hour late. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were probably just busy. Second time, waited for more than an hour and finally called to find out they delivered my order to someone else.(I guess checking ID isn’t required). They said they would send another but they never showed . Extremely disappointing. You literally have 1 job and that’s to deliver to an address(it’s 2015, GPS is no longer a luxury, it comes with every phone). If you can’t do that you might need to rethink your job scope.

The drive through didn’t respond when I drove up so I had to go in, when I got the buffalo chicken pita home it just sucked. The chicken wasn’t cut up and there was hardly any sauce on it. I was so disappointed. What a waste of my money. I’ll never get a pita from here again.

It’s like they put an unflavored turd in wrap and tried to play it off like some shitty burrito

Made my order before leaving work. I got delayed at work and when I got there 30 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up, they asked me if I wanted them to remake it… FORFREEEEEE. That is pretty cool!

It gets two stars because the good usually taste good and the employees are generally pleasant. But overall, the service and wait time is awful. I’ve been here multiple times and consistently I have to wait anywhere from 10 – 15 minutes at the window for my food. God forbid I’m behind another car, which adds additional time to my wait. They are usually understaffed and walk ups on the inside of the building take precedence. I watch from the drive thru window as they make many pitas for the people that walk up after my order is put in, before mine is made. Hands down the worst service of any review I’ve ever given.

Got two Pitas today for my husband and I. We were both very satisfied with the quality and amount of food for less than 15 bucks! Beats subway any day

Took over an hour to get my food delivered. I would have walked there if I knew it would have taken this long. Considering I live 0.2 miles away for one pita.

I actually didn’t get food from here. The app states delivery stops at 8:30 and at 8:10 I called for a delivery. I was told delivery stops at 8. As a local business owner myself I believe customer service is everything. Whether I was lied to about when delivery stops or if I was truly ten minutes over their delivery time it would have been nice for that to have been overlooked to make a customer happy. Was the ten minutes really going to affect much? I don’t think so…

Had my first negative Pita Pit experience today at this location. When I walked in and approached the register, the employee behind the register notified me «there’s someone in front of you.». I was starting to wonder if he’d had a bit of weed, when two minutes later she traipsed through the door, and proceeded to take more of everyone’s time trying to figure out her order. Afterwards I gave my order, and then proceeded to have all three employees again ask me what I wanted on my sandwich, what kind of bread, etc. So no one was posting attention there. Then the three stooges couldn’t figure out who was going to make said order. When it was finally done, she tossed it up on the counter and walked away. The best was saved for last: as I was eating my pita, instead of being a mixing of flavors, it rad more like a7-layer dip, with each part being just one item. Not brilliant. I guess this is the level of service I should expect from a gas station. Keep it up kids; you’ll be out of business on no time!
