Jimmy John’s

This location just raised prices. Greed-​Booooo. Pretty significantly too (.75 cents or more per sandwich) The service nor the food got any better (and gas prices for all your stock deliveries and delivery drivers is much cheaper now) Greed-​Booooo. I usually eat here a couple times a week, but pretty sure I will go across the street to Freddie’s where a combo costs $ 7 (same price as just the sandwich here at JJ’s). Buh-​bye JJs.

Great place for a fast lunch! I love their blt subs and the jalapeño chips or salt and vinegar. Love that they deliver too.

I love this particular Jimmy Johns. I can walk to it from work. I have allergies and they are really good at making my sandwich on a different table so that I don’t get cross contamination. I’ve been so much, they see me come through the front door and holler change gloves, allergies. And yes they are super freaking fast! Truly some of the nicest people.

Have eaten here several times and love it! Service has always been quick and professional. Have also just had a catering order done by them and they did a great job getting our order to us and on time.

It’s Jimmy John’s! Super fast, and I get exactly what I order every time I’ve been here. Sometimes I get an unwich (lettuce instead of bread) sometimes bread. Never had a problem! And always fresh and just like it should be.

Well, I’ve already explained my gripe about the poor delivery radius but it just goes downhill from there. I always order the 13, double provolone. Thats the whole point of ordering the 13, you pay more money so that you can get double cheese.
Every now and then they get it right. I could say 1 out of every 3 times they give me double cheese, but honestly that would be generous on my part. At this point I’ve already driven to the store, gotten home, did whatever else I needed before I settle down to eat. Open up my sandwich and no double cheese. I could use more gas to go back and get a couple more cheese slices but at that point its really not worth it.
I know they don’t deliver to me… and lets face it. Every time I order I shouldn’t have to open up my sandwich in front of them before exiting the drive through. I shouldn’t have to order a 13 and then say «you’re going to make the sandwich right, aren’t you?»
The employees are nice enough, but the inconsistency and lack of actual delivery services make it not worth the trip.
Needless to say, its over between us Jimmy, I will not be back.

Won’t deliver 1.4 miles away from their store. I’m one street south of their random cut off street. I don’t live in the ghetto. It’s a beautiful well populated community. My foot is broken, I can’t drive and still no exception was made. Very disappointed in this store.

We live exactly 2.7 miles from this Jimmy John’s location and they will NOT deliver to our house in Banning Lewis Ranch… wtf??? What exactly IS their service area, if they won’t come here?

I love the subs– always neatly prepared (as opposed to lettuce falling out the sides, mayonnaise/​oil dripping out of the sides). Unfortunately I can’t give them 5-​stars like I want to.
I really wanted my sub delivered– I went online to place my order and found out that they don’t deliver to my location (I believe their radius is 10 or so miles). I live less than 4 miles from this establishment. I ended up calling them directly and asked if they delivered to my apartment complex, the employee on the other end of the phone put me on hold (well put the phone down on the counter I assume, I could hear the noisey restaurant) and checked with a fellow employee. The employee took me off ‘hold’ and told me that they do not service my area, perplexed, I asked «I’m about 4 miles away from your location, I don’t understand.» He apologized, and I knew it was out of his hands, but really? I’m right down the street!
Regardless– their online ordering is very simple and user friendly. I drove to their location to pick up my pre-​ordered pre-​paid sub which was made to my satisfaction. The pick up time noted on my online order was spot on (15−20min from the time I ordered). I have no complaints about their food, but I am upset that they do not in fact service every location within their store radius.

Standard Jimmy John’s. Clean, quick, friendly. I used the drive-​through — which was fast and efficient. Can’t offer much of an opinion of the inside though.

Jimmy Johns is as dependable as they are tasty… but be aware of the dangerous drivers who are trying to adhere to their «jimmy john fast» pledge. Got cut off at the 4 way intersection going into the restaurant without even a wave or sorry. Could have caused an accident!

Only reason they get 2 stars is because I’ve seen them driving in my neighborhood before and they claim they don’t deliver in my location. The exact words I got from them is «We deliver in your neighborhood, But not your part of the neighborhood? I’m 2.5 miles away. WTH?!

I’ve been to this specific location before, and there’s Always more employees than customers. Not a good sign, but I remembered they ‘deliver’, or so it seems. They don’t deliver outside their ‘box’ which is apparently Barnes road (southern) and Marksheffel (eastern). My house is 100 meters south of Barnes. It would have been nice if they could have helped a guy out with a knee injury… unable to drive.

Great subs and fast. I love the loud greet when I walk in. The music is fun and rockin.

My girlfriend and I very recently moved to the area and on a whim went to a Jimmy John’s one day. We were genuinely amazed at their awesome, freaky fast service, and each and every sub we’ve gotten from them since has been awesome. Not just okay, but awesome. Packed with good food and great service every time, I always Love going to Jimmy Johns. When they say freaky fast tasty sandwiches, they mean it! Great prices too.

Its everything we know and love about Jimmy John’s. Good fast food. Super friendly staff. Music played just a little to loud and the store is always a bit to small. All and all I prefer to order in and enjoy at the house.

I never thought I’d write a review on a chain. However, this is my go-​to lunch place when I’m out and about. I don’t east fast food and even Chick-​fil-​a gives me a stomach ache. But service is great and the sandwiches are dynamite. I went to FOCO to see my sister, and stopped at a Jimmy John’s up there. Wasn’t even close to this location’s standard. Love this place.

This place makes me feel like I’m back in school falling asleep on a library desk and calling Jimmy John’s on speed dial at midnight. Sigh… such happy memories. I remember rationalizing Jimmy John’s consumption with such thoughts as «it has vegetables and dairy so I’m covered for today.»
My favorites are the Hunt Club, Sorry Charlie, and the Vito. That fresh baked bread makes all the difference in the world and cramming potato chips in the subs and swaddling the sandwich tight like a torpedo is a science and people have stared and watched me eat a J.J. Gargantuan +2 bags of regular chips + 1 chocolate chip cookie without taking a break in between. There’s a switch that turns off in my head when I enter a Jimmy Johns and all of a sudden, I have the appetite of a teenager again.
I appreciate how friendly everyone here is as well. It’s always, «whatever you want» and «you sure you don’t want another cookie?» The first time I found a Jimmy John’s, I walked in and just blurted out, «I love you guys» and got a «we love you too!» right back.
Fresh veggies, yummy fresh French bread, thinly sliced provolone and a simple smattering of real mayo, mustard and meat follows the tradition of KISS. Keep it simple stupid! When you’re tired of all the fancy shmancy microwaved nonsense of Subway, Jimmy John’s is the way to go.
