Ordered a dozen of doughnuts cappuccino and a hot chocolate. Donuts were good but hot chocolate was straight up hot water with some color in it. $ 3 for a hot water, great deal. Thanks Dunkin donuts! Also got a half cup of cappuccino. RIPOFF!!!

I have only come here twice and both times have been terrible. The first i get what i deserve going there on christmas eve. They ran out of doughnuts at 9:45 and they said they went making anymore and the worker told the woman in front of me that he had to go home and wrap presents for his kids. He also said «you want me to be able to do that right? Why ask that woman that? People who worked here on the second day i was there were ignorant or stupid. There were at least 15 people working and it took 20 min to get food. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION… TERRIBLE

When they first opened it was good but then the drive thru speaker wasn’t working so they closed the drive thru. Now they fixed the speaker but it takes forever to place your order and too much time to sit in the drive thru for 2 items. They need to fix this problem and perhaps they would be better.

I only stop here if I have plenty of time to to wait or eat in. So painfully slow every time. Inside or drive-​thru. Even with no other customers inside, it takes at least 10 minutes for a bagel. Just waited 12 minutes for 2 iced coffees at the drive-​thru with nobody behind or ahead of me. But if you have the time to spare, it’s a good DD to eat at.

CLEARLY, a lot of people like his place, because the wait to get doughnuts is ridiculous… good luck if you don’t have a ton of patience… gave them another try two weeks later and I’m changing my review from 2 stars to ONE

So I went in on New Year’s Eve and they had run out of doughnuts by 5 pm, instead of closing they stated they were open for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. It made no sense, this is a horrible impression. The first time I went in it was ok, but service is hit or miss.

Drive thru rarely open, stale donuts, out of hot chocolate and chai often. Workers never seem happy and poor design of location. I drive down the street to King Soopers for all of my donut needs

Okay don’t get me wrong Dunkin Donuts are great but this store will go out of their way to give you stale donuts. Example I noticed this girl reached behind the good lucking donuts and gave me crappy old ones. The store one Austin Bluff is great never had a stale donut.
