Just an ordinary whole in the wall greek place in a somewhat dilapidated strip mall(near ARC). This place is pretty dirty to say the least. It could def use a very good deep cleaning. The servers and workers are mainly latinos(nothing wrong with that at all, just not exactly what I would call authentic greek LOL). The food was ok, nothing majorly wrong with it, just not special. I’d probably not come back unless I was in dire need.

3.5 stars. Food was good, quick service, good portions and very filling. Down side, this place has flies! So not particularly the place you should be thinking of dining with family. A quick to-go from this place would be fine though.

The place has decent food. But the head person behind the counter is a very rude person. When you try to ask her a question, ‘she snarls: «look at the menu’ both myself and the lady after me were treated this way, by this woman. She needs to treat people with some sense of service. and I am NOT the only person on here who is commenting on this rude woman. She should be in the back cooking and not dealing with customers. SHE is losing this venue customers.

I love this place! Came here on a date with my honey. The lady at the counter was sweet and quick at taking our order, cooking and serving our plates. The food was delicious, including the baklava.

My husband and I actually really like this place. We have been eating here for 10 yrs. This isn’t a big fancy Greek restaurant. It’s a tiny little family owned place. The menu items are standard not a whole lot of extras but the food they make is fresh and tastes great. Dining out these days seems to be so rushed. Here yes it will take a little bit longer sometimes but hey take deep breath and take a min to relax during that time. This isn’t fast food. It’s good food. Yes it could use a remodel but if you have ever owned a small business you would realize that it cost a lot of money to remodel. The Greek grill further north is owned by the same family. This one is just closer to where I am usually. We really liked the father(owner) that use to worked here but the lady who works there now is not as friendly. I think a lot has to do with the language barrier. I love the baklava and nut rolls. My husband says the gyros are the best in the springs the lamb is to die for(he’s born and raised here, so he should know) I also like the chicken salad and the pita bread. Sorry the review is so long but when I look at reviews I really like to get a realistic viewpoint. So if you like old world Greek food go enjoy.

Nothing special at all here. I should have paid attention to the reviews, but I was crunched for time. The hummus wasn’t any good. Way too lemony. The pita was dry and cut into bite size bits that could barely hold any gyro meat. There is another decent Mediterranean place in the area… I would give that a try instead.

I’m torn on how to review this place. On one hand, the food is always good. I’ve purchased plates and pitas, and they were always tasty and satisfying. The baklava is good as well, and fairly priced. On the other hand– the service is terrible. The woman working most frequently is rude, no way around it. She frequently ignores customers, or answers curtly, or can be found on the phone. Usually, I can ignore the bad service, but for some, this might be a deal breaker. Food: 3.5÷5 Service: 1⁄5

The lady behind the counter was on the phone for a few minutes when we walked in, but once she got off, she was friendly. The food was fresh and made to order, but nothing special really. I had the appetizer plate of 5 falaffal, hummus, and a pita. My falaffal was slightly burned, as was my toasted pita. The hummus was not memorable. This with a drink for $ 7.99 seems a bit high to me. The other girls with me got gyros and your standard frozen fries. They said the gyros were good. The place looked clean when we walked in, but it’s old and kinda grimy in the corners when you really start looking.

Fake dry, flat, frozen meat(not off a rotating spit). Therefore, not authentic Greek. Service is lackluster, as is the décor. Not going back.

My first impression of this restaurant is me standing at the front counter for almost a full 7 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I even rang the bell at the front, assuming that the staff thought I was trying to decide on my order and were thus leaving me be. Nope, the lady making the food just looked at me with a very displeased frown, and kept on making whatever order she was preparing. When she finally asked for my order, there was no courtesy or friendliness to her tone, and not even a smile. I’m sorry, but courtesy and friendliness are more important than anything when it comes to a business. If you don’t make the customer feel welcome, then it doesn’t matter how delicious the food actually is. I do want to at least say that the food was pretty good. But it was overshadowed by the incredibly poor service and lack of any welcoming atmosphere. I won’t be going back.
