This is my favorite restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, and the service amazing. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone, actually I recommend it to everyone. Whenever I’m asked where do I want to go eat I always say Pei Wei. The prices are always fair, the portions are just right. I like to ask for the noodles with extra sauce.

Everything smelt like cleaner & bleach. Which wasn’t good because it made our drinks and food taste like that. My cup was dirty. There was food all in the corners of the booth Like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I took 2 bites then had to leave because I was so grossed out. Used to love pei wei :(would not recommend.

I’ve gone back here again and again, I love this place, always clean and I like how you can refill your drinks without pestering wait staff, the wait staff are all always pleasant and very helpful and the food is really good, I come here at least twice a month.

Pros: The associate who took my order was very nice and apologetic about the wait. It wasn’t his fault, it was very busy. The orange peel chicken and Thai dynamite chicken were up to par. Cons: I was told the Vietnamese Chicken Spring Rolls were«great» and«a favorite» and they were not appetizing. This may be more a matter of taste, but they were expensive and I was disappointed, especially since they were all I could eat in the order. I ordered takeout and they didn’t read my order back to me to assure everything was in the bag. I went home without the Pad Thai noodles I paid for. When I called to explain what happened I received no apology. They asked me if I wanted to come back for it. I lived across town, and without an apology it seemed like an absurd question. I asked if I could get a refund. Jorge put me on hold. When he came back on the phone he said they changed the amount charged to account for the Pad Thai being off the order. He said I could stop by for my receipt. His tone was friendly. But, no apology, again. It should have been offered to send the receipt to me. Being in a customer service industry, more than the cost of the Pad Thai should have been taken off the order for the inconvience. I’m really disappointed in how the error was handled.

I really enjoy eating at this place, whether it’s takeout or dine in. It’s always clean and there’s plenty of places to sit. The wait staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I order for takeout, they always make it a point to ask if we need any take home utensils, sauces, or napkins. The food is super yummy and the menu has so many great choices. If you like Asian Fusion food, and you need something quick to take home, then I definitely recommend checking Pei Wei out! You won’t regret it. It’s NOMS.

I’ve had the kung pao chicken before and this tune it tasted like the chef just threw some spices together and ignored the recipe. It wasn’t even spicy. Too bad I made it home before tasting this. I just wish they would stick to the recipe. Additionally the clerk offered me the rewards program and took down all my information, speed my card and didn’t even make the purchase count towards my rewards. When I told her to just forget it so I could be on my way, she flagged down the manager who explained really slowly(like I was an idiot) that sometimes there are delays and I should be patient. I didn’t care about the rewards so it was silly that they made such a deal of it, or assumed I cared that much when I just wanted to eat. I’ll stick to PF Changs because this is like the fast-food version.

We LOVE Pei Wei! This is a very nice Asian fusion take-out place. Owned by the same folks as PF Chang’s, it is much cheaper but a similar quality of food. I recommend the Kung pao chicken, orange peel shrimp, veggie spring rolls, Vietnamese salad rolls, among lots of other dishes. You can’t go wrong here!

This was the first time I’ve been to Pei Wei since the redesign and will probably be the last. It’s transformed from quick food to Fast Food. It just felt really cheap and ick. My dish– Kung pao tofu and vegetables was just okay. The vegetables were raw and it wasn’t spicy at all. The tofu was still good, so I’ll miss that.

Not exactly what we were expecting. It was decent if you are you looking for a fast food style Asian restaurant and we weren’t. Also the food was decent but not something I would eat again. I have to say the service was really good though.

I love Asian food and have had a couple of different dishes here. While both were tasty to my «buds» I thought they were both a bit heavy handed on the sauce. Very strong flavors for both the Mongolian beef and the Sesame chicken. The options are plentiful though so the menu will require further exploration. My only other minor quibble is the price. For the amount of food you receive it’s a little spendy.

So we love love their padi Thai here. They have always provided extra peanuts if needed. An extra bonus is that they have a soda machine– which my kids love to use. If you are a dieter, then it’s good for you to grab a box, pack some for tomorrow ! Additionally, there is a condiment bar to equalize the right spices for your individualized taste buds.

Too crowded and noisy slightly offset the good food. Decent menu choices, although a lot of it seems to be the same with minor twists. Brown rice is a free option, not an up charge like many Asian restaurants.

I have always loved this place and still do. Let me explain why my rating is low and it has nothing to do with this location. I had lunch with a client and had two standard meals, an order of sushi and a soda and a water. The bill was almost $ 30. While I still love this place, to me they have unfortunately priced themselves out of the market. $ 8.49 for the normal bowl, which still seems smaller than before is simply too much. The food is still awesome and love the brown rice, but for a lunch will be looking elsewhere. Sorry.

I give this a three because the food it wasn’t as good as the last time I went, — but overall there was high quality food and good service. The food came out very fast. The servers were very professional/friendly. (Chicken pad Thai, shrimp Fried rice, Honey sesame chicken, Pei Wei spicy chicken, Hot and sour soup,) Ambience of the restaurant was okay because it was clean but like there wasn’t much like a nice scenario it was just silent with some background music which was Christmas music, which could be very annoying in the month of November. Cool decore. Light background music and comfortable booths. Delicious food! Had the crab Rangoon and it was a perfect blend of crab and sour cream. Thai wonton soup was very flavorful. Asian chicken salad was fresh, lightly sweet dressing. Tyler was super helpful! All staff we encountered were nice.

To start off, I love Pei Wei! If I can give it 4.5 stars, I would. I don’t love all of the food here, but they have a lot going on that’s really good. My goto item is the Pei Wei Spicy Steak, which is hands-down the best thing on the menu. If I’m extra hungry or want leftovers, I order the larger size. It usually breaks well into a second meal. Pros: The food is great and fairly inexpensive. Really like the manager here too. Great guy who goes above and beyond! Negatives: guess the first thing would be that I have had a handfull of order mess ups, but it’s true… If you have any problems and call them they always fix it in one way or another. They usually get it right though. The restaurant is also really drafty, especially in the winter. Also wish they would open a location somewhere down south. Downtown would be awesome!

I first experienced Pei Wei Asian Grill in Denver, CO perhaps 10yrs ago. The service is generally exceptional and the Pad Thai is the best I have found no matter which location. Every location I have been to is loud. This particular location is drafty — not fun on a cold day! The order taker was polite, if not terribly engaging. The person who delivered my food was pleasant and great with me. The restaurant was clean as always. I don’t have one of these in Pueblo so it is often an indulgence I enjoy when I am in town. The steak lettuce wraps are also amazing!

These guys are quick and the menu is pretty flexible in that you can have any meat with any flavor(e.g. Mongolian Chicken). They are like Quick Food. Tasty, good for a sit down that doesn’t take forever. The food is fresh cooked in the open concept wok stations and delivered to your table. The restaurant is clean but fairly noisy from the woks and patrons. My favorite is the Kung Pao chicken. My children get the teriyaki chicken bowls, though my son likes to mix it up with teriyaki shrimp every once in a while. The pork egg rolls are best eaten there. Warning: their fried rice comes with non-standard vegetables so you might ask before you order it.
